This walk offers you a first experience in the world of Mendoza wine, you will tour vineyards and olive groves with the Andes Mountains in the background. Maipu, wine heart of Mendoza, is waiting for you. You will visit two wineries: artisans such as Cavas de Don Arturo, Cecchin or Florio, and industrialists such as Lopez or Vistandes. Trivento was founded in 1996 in Mendoza by Viña Concha y Toro, the large Chilean wine group. That year it began operations by purchasing a winery with a capacity of 2 million liters and a 154-hectare estate in Maipú. The name Trivento comes from the three characteristic winds that influence Mendoza: Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada. Hence, the brand's entire identity is linked to the wind. The tour includes a tasting of three wines by the glass, while visiting the vineyards, the premium winery, and the barrel room. Visitors are advised to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
