The experience includes priority access to each of the factories, where you can taste carefully chosen craft beers and pair them with exquisite regional bites. In addition, brewing specialists will share their knowledge about the history, processes and particularities of each style, turning each moment into a unique sensory learning experience.

We'll begin the excursion by heading toward El Bolsón, surrounded by an incomparable natural setting. First stop: Río Negro Trout Farm A guided tour of approximately 40 minutes where you'll learn about the trout farming process and taste a delicious artisanal trout pâté, accompanied by the owners of the establishment. Second stop: Adamow Boutique Winery (Lago Puelo) You'll be welcomed by Pedro and Carina, owners of this family winery. You'll tour the Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc vineyards and enjoy a paired lunch that includes: a platter of regional pickles, two artisanal empanadas, and a tasting of their own wines. Third stop: Finca Fraschetti Winery (El Bolsón) Guided tour of its vineyards and artisanal production. A tasting of signature wines accompanied by a platter of selected cold cuts and cheeses, all in a natural mountain setting. Finally, we will return to Bariloche, with an estimated arrival in the afternoon, around 6:00 PM.

From the moment we pick you up at your accommodation, an experience full of flavors, landscapes and good company begins. We will visit three breweries: Berlina Factory – Swiss Colony Patagonia Factory – Flavors with a view of the Lake Gilbert Factory – Las Cartas Neighborhood The experience culminates with a full dinner at the Gilbert brewery itself. The menu offers three options of main dishes, carefully prepared to accompany the beers tasted during the tour. You can choose between: Option 1: Wild boar to the Huntress Option 2: Goulash with Spretzel Option 3: Vegetable sorrentinos with mushroom and leek sauce. This tour is more than a simple tasting, it is an invitation to get to know Bariloche from another angle, exploring its beer culture and gastronomy.
