It was good. However just constructive feedback There were certain things we had to go out our own way to do and I would just be aware of this. For example in the national park the monkeys were up in the trees and it was only as a result of me asking a guy who was not part of the tour that the tour guide had not pointed out that actually managed to get the monkeys to come down and have the photos. Had I of not prompted this man myself we would have simply left the park disappointed.
The guide was a nice person and pointed out some useful points around the island but at any of the points that we went to it was sort of just "here it is"
The order of the tour was also massively different to the itinerary which led to confusion from our end and sort of changed our plans for the day. It was effectively in reverse of what we had seen on the Itinerary.
We did not go to all of the locations which was defineltly the biggest dissapointment especially when you pay so much for the experience.
We did not go the spice garden but got to see some spices at the chocolate shop that we went to (which also was different to the one advertised)
I understand the spice garden was closed but we saw other ones on route that looked similar and the chocolate place advertised was open we just did not go.
If you are expecting to see all of the things promised, i would just slower expectations slightly. We didnt see things like the nutmeg or even the inside of the cocoa pods like the images suggest and you would not get your pic with a monkey unless you take it upon yourself to ask around to people who can get them to come down. Again we expected this to all be organised for us but it was not.
It was effectively a shuttle with some interesting facts about the island which genuinely were interesting. And then just being dropped at places that were far below expectation other than the natural park and the falls.

We would like to clarify that all advertised tour stops were completed. Due to the spice garden being closed, a substitute stop and an additional bonus stop were provided.
Regarding the Mona monkeys, these are wild animals living in their natural habitat. Their location, visibility, and willingness to approach visitors cannot be guaranteed by any tour operator. We are glad you were still able to see them and take photos during your visit.

Admissions to the sites are not included. This was a lot to pay for someone to just drive us around. There was very little information or narration from the "guide" unless we asked questions.

We must clarify that admission fees are clearly stated in the tour listing as not included in the tour price, so this should not have come as a surprise.
We also note that, although not included in the booking, we customarily cover half of the entrance fees for our guests as a courtesy.
Our guide did provide information throughout the tour. Interaction on our tours is conversational in nature. Guests are encouraged to ask questions and the guide responds and expands based on guests’ interests rather than delivering a rehearsed script.
To describe the experience as “just being driven around” does not accurately reflect the service that was provided.
We stand by the quality of the tour as delivered.

Had a great time learning about how rum was made. The spice garden was very interesting and very interactive. The chocolate tour, staff were rude and impatient. Gave a very short talk about chocolate. Felt like it was more of a gift shop experience rather than learning about chocolate. Was a disappointing end to the tour.

We are however sorry the chocolate stop did not meet your expectations. The chocolate facility is an independently operated location and the presentation there is conducted entirely by their staff, so we do not control the length or style of their talk.
We always aim to include a variety of authentic local experiences, though individual locations may vary depending on their daily operations.

This was a four stop trip. Our tour guide Walker was incredibly informative and friendly. We enjoyed the stop at the Clarke’s Court rum distillery where we got a tour of the old facilities and we were able to do a tasting of all of their rums, okwhich were quite delicious. The spice Gardens were very interesting and we learned a lot about how the chocolates and spices are grown and harvested. Our tour guide at the garden let us taste everything. We skipped the chocolate factory because we had just been there the day before, but it’s also a really interesting place with lots of delicious chocolate!
My only complaint is that we booked two adults and an infant and there was no car seat provided nor any instruction to bring our own car seat. I would have happily brought my own had I known.
I’d recommend this tour for anyone who wants a flavour of what Grenada is all about.

Jeremy made this a five-star experience. His broad local knowledge, good humor and grace in negotiating hairpin turns (and finding parking in St. Georges) made it all so memorable. You’ll learn why all the chocolate we eat is the US is garbage. The spice garden is a wonderful find - everything can be made into tea! Don’t be afraid of the 100 proof and up rum - it is sooooo smooth.

Sylvester was friendly, patient, and informative throughout the tour! Very relaxed in an A/C equipped van, and felt seamless visiting all the sights with some flexibility added in since we didn't drink (we swapped the rum factory for a nutmeg one).

Amazing time traveling around the island with Frank he was super friendly and is a true local and really made the trip special for us! 10/10 would recommend Frank as a driver! my wife gets motion sick very easily and he was careful and easily the best driver we have had on the island.

Visit to rum distillery disappointing. Had to pay for tasting and tour but no tour available. Really got nothing from viator except transportation to distillery . Did not stop at fort. Chocolate museum, spice garden, and waterfall great .

We were pleased that we were the only people on the tour and our driver/guide was great. Unfortunately we didn't go to Laura's garden which was the reason we booked the tour. On questioning this the driver said it wasn't on his itinerary! The rum Distillery was very disappointing as there was no tour just tasting of 5 rums for 5usd. A very expensive tour to not see what you'd booked!

Tour Guide/Driver Jeremy made this interesting and fun as we travelled between the various locations. He prepared us in advance of what we may see/do with each visitation. Activities at each stop were informative!! An enjoyable experience!

Jeremy, the driver/guide was AWESOME. He knew a ton about Grenada, was very well spoken, was super friendly, and was pleasant to "hang out with" for a few hours. He was careful to point out anything he thought we'd want to see, told us about food, flora, animals, etc. in the area, and made tailored the trip (to an extent) to the people in the back seat. We've been on many tours throughout the years, and he was one of the best guides we toured with. An added bonus is that was a great driver... He was very careful on some exceptionally dangerous roads.

The tour guide was phenomenal, he was very knowledgeable and knew lots about the island and its history, however, he wasn’t who we booked with. Had we known he had his own tour company, we probably would have booked directly with him.
Not great that the person we were supposed to have the tour with was in a car accident (they’re fine, the car was not), but his wife confirmed 3 tours different tours with 3 separate parties at the same time and expected the one man to take us to all stops. We were scammed out of a lot of money. Literally paid almost £300 for gas money. Everywhere we went we had to pay an entrance fee, nothing was included. I was confused as to what my money was used for. The island is not that big and the tank did not need to be filled up multiple times for the day so please tell us why the tour cost so much money. It’s a money grab. Book with someone else.

I never participated on this tour. Viator allowed to me schedule this tour but the tour operator canceled around 10:30pm the night before because they didn't have enough people. If we're able to pay, we should still be able to go if it's only one person.

We asked if you would like to go on tour with us the following day which you said you couldn’t make. We went on to issue a full refund which we can confirm you received.

Our driver was Jeremy and he was awesome! He was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire island. We had other guides for the Spice Garden and the Rum Factory, but he knew all the history and answers to our questions at Fort Frederick. He also stopped to let us take photos and pointed out things along our drives and gave us a lot of interesting information on the island while we were driving. We also went to the Chocolate shop and got a demonstration there..,, was worth it just to pick up a few things and we tried the nutmeg ice cream (delicious!). He also stopped at the spice market on Great Anse beach on our way back to our hotel so we could pick up some local items. Over all, it was a great day and well worth it!!

I had a wonderful time! Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and personable. I felt like I learned so much history and experienced the main parts of Grenadian culture in one day! As long as you are patient with the process, you will enjoy! There was some traffic and sometimes different places were closed because I came on holiday. But no worries here! Amazing scenery, learning about the rum and chocolate was pretty cool too! Got to try authentic, tasty food. Bring an umbrella and comfy shoes. Was nice and tired out by the end of the day. I recommend highly!

First and foremost was our excellent guide Jeremy. He was knowledgeable, amusing and was a joy to have as a guide. I gave the 4* rating for him.
However what wasn't so fun was having to pay extra for every stop on the route.

3 Hill Fort
4 Waterfall - waste of time
5 Choclate Factory
Having already paid £275 for the trip these extra costs were out of order and by the time we had paid for a poor lunch @ The Chocolate Factory the cost nearly doubled. Having been on other trips on other Islands this was way down the list.

The spice garden was amazing!!!! I also loved the waterfalls because the water was so beautiful and clean. Also crater lake was very cool, the amount of fish in that lake blew my mind.
