Rottnest island is a location not to be missed if you are in Western Australia. We had a great experience on board the boat to the island. Even though viator doesn't show all their trip times, I was able to change my return time to a time that was more suitable to us without any extra charge when I received my tickets. I would certainly use this service again and I am pleased with the experience that I have with viator in helping me to find local experiences to participate in

I didn’t know that before joining the queue, you need to have a printed copy of your ticket from sealink, this was only communicated right before boarding which made me feel lost

It was amazing journey as well as staff are so friendly. In terms of the cleanness’s it was good and over all it was good service.
For my recommendation if your management could offer some water while travelling back and forth.

Thanks for your feedback. There are fresh water drinking taps on board each vessel at the bar, for customers to refill water bottles or have a cup of water to drink, complimentary. We are sorry that you missed seeing these as they are on all our SeaLink Rottnest Island ferries.

There was parking available and easy to pay and display. It was easy to exchange voucher for tickets. The ferry was onetime and the crew were friendly. Rottnest is a lovely island and we really enjoyed our time there.

Crossing can be a little rough. Take travel sickness precautions. If you sit outside on top deck be prepared to get wet!!

Check in and booking was very straight forward. Return was easy also and refund of deposit was made with-in the 24hours (which they stated it would) so I was very happy with that.
Bikes were in good condition.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because all electric scooters and bikes were sold out. Next time we will definitely book online in advance.

Great service. A bit over priced. 40 mins ferry, paid $173 for 2 person. Overall it is a good experience to go for a a-day trip or fee days.

The crossings themselves were fine. Unfortunately, there were problems with the ticket. In the morning, I was allowed onto the ferry without any problems. In the afternoon, the ticket was no longer accepted. Other people had two different barcodes, but I only had one. Only when I showed the man my voucher, which clearly stated that I had booked the return trip at 4 p.m., did he let me onto the ferry.

We got on SeaLink from Fremantle and it was only about half an hour. Crossing was a little rough but staff were very attentive and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable.

It is a fantastic day trip from Perth or Fremantle where I boarded. The hop on hop off bus was fantastic as it gave us the choice to hop off n explore the Island completely. Lots of places to eat n shop at while the very cute quokkas hopped on by. A fantastic day trip from Fremantle.

It was our 1st time visiting this beautiful island so we didn't know what to expect.The hop on hop off bus is the best way to go around the island there are some spots to swim,walk around etc.If you want you can tide your bike around.

Online ticket for Rottnest island was sold out but still can be found on Viator.
We got the last time ticket for next days ferry.
Its pretty easy for Redeem to ticket.
Family and kids had a wonderful day in island！

Such a beautiful experience by boat — i usually get sea sick but j didn't experience any at all with Sealink. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all. The trip was easy and relaxing. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful and safe ride to and from rottnest.

Watching my grand son see the quokas and experience the boat ride over, only negative was the other tourist and there lack of sticking to the left whilst riding there bikes that was crazy, I think there should be better signage for everyone as the maps are a little difficult to read and a simple painted foot paths stick to left would be easy and signs to let people know where bus pick up and tour arrows would be great.
