Great experience. Lovely considerate staff. Waited for me to recover from unexpected climb ( saw nothing on description ) to start tour!. Nice piece of blue john to take home. However avoid if you have mobility issues . Steep steps (30) just to get to cavern. Steps continue all the way through the tour. The loo is non flushing at source and quite narrow.

We polished some stone afterwards which was good to do and meant we took something home. Very friendly staff. Thoroughly recommend.
Short affordable experience, staff were wonderful going to retun with kidds so they can enjoy the same day.
Being able to see the Blue John vein and be able to stop and start the audio. Actually been inside the hillside was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helped with the technology of the cave experience. Other staff were friendly, helpful and skilled. Loved the polishing of a slice of Blue John.
Absolutely fantastic experience My partner who is disabled and although challenging for her she really enjoyed the experience and it was very enthusiastic the staff couldn’t be more helpful unenthusiastic about what they do their great work guys keep it up up
Staff very friendly and helpful. My daughter really enjoyed polishing her blue John. Would have liked to see what was going on in workshop and how they make jewellery out of it.
It was great to use the self guided app. We were the only ones in the cavern, as they only let one group in at a time. It was very interesting and all the guides were extremely knowledgeable.
We enjoyed our stone polishing and came away with a lovely souvenir.
The only thing I would say is that it is a very steep climb to the entrance, so beware. However there are a couple of strategically placed benches.
