    It was good we saw lots of dolphins. My kids were a bit disappointed because there were no snacks, and they got a little hungry.

    Hello Sarah. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are happy you saw a lot of dolphins which was probably the reason you went on the tour. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed that there are no snacks on board. As a purpose built dolphin viewing vessel our focus are the animals and allowing all passengers to have the best view of dolphins. We are selling snacks etc at our cafe and kiosk hence why we invite passengers to arrive at the Centre a min. of 30 mins before departure. With over 2000 five star reviews across google and review platforms we take every review very serious especially being a local community based environmental charity. We are therefore even more sorry you feel that your experience was only worth 3 Stars although you saw a lot of dolphins. Apologies on behalf of the team and hoping you enjoy your travels!
