This was exactly what we were looking for! Ricardo was personable and very knowledgeable about the Valdobbiodene region where Prosecco DOCG is produced. We visited two wineries. The venues were beautiful and the Proseccos were outstanding! We also went up to a high point in the region to get an overview of the entire valley. It was a great day, great guide and everything we could have imagined! Highly recommend Ricardo and this tour!

We had an absolutely wonderful Prosecco vineyard tour with Ricardo! From the very beginning, he was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly kind. What made the experience especially memorable was how genuinely interested he was in getting to know us and hearing about our lives. It felt personal and authentic rather than simply a guided tour.
The hosts from both vineyards we visited were incredibly welcoming and gracious. The Prosecco tastings were generous, the food was plentiful and delicious, and we never felt rushed. There was such a warm, family-like atmosphere at each stop—we truly felt like welcomed guests rather than tourists.
At our first vineyard, we were treated to a delicious spread of breads, meats and cheeses, including homemade pickled zucchini that was absolutely out of this world. We’re still talking about it! We also had the pleasure of meeting the two resident dogs and donkeys. Uma, one of the dogs, clearly considered herself the official leader of our tour and happily showed us around! We also met Iggy a very sweet dog - named after Iggy Pop - which was such a fun and memorable touch.
The second vineyard was equally wonderful and welcomed us with another amazing spread of homemade meats, local cheeses and breads topped with fresh tomatoes and artichokes. Everything was fresh, delicious and generously served alongside the Prosecco.
The hospitality at both vineyards was remarkable. The entire day felt less like a typical tour and more like being welcomed into someone’s home.
Ricardo truly made the experience. His knowledge, warmth, kindness and attention to detail made the day relaxed, personal and incredibly enjoyable. He even picked fresh figs at one of the vineyards for me to taste after learning my grandmother once owned a fig farm in Cosenza, Calabria.
This was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip to Venice. If you are looking for an authentic Prosecco vineyard experience filled with wonderful wine, incredible food, beautiful surroundings and genuinely warm people, we cannot recommend this tour—and especially Ricardo—highly enough!

We had an amazing time on this tour! Riccardo was great…so knowledgeable and helpful! And incredible personalized service! The wineries were outstanding! The owners gave us such great information about the wines, as well as the production methods, and fun facts. We simply couldn’t have asked for a better day. A wonderful day in Valdobbiadene visiting two wineries to sample the world’s best proseccos. At each vineyard we sampled 4-5 wines (more than we could drink) along with just the right amount of cheeses, meats and pizza. Our tour guide, Riccardo, in addition to being a sommelier, was very knowledgeable of the history of the region and is a true gentleman.

Ricardo communicated with us thru what’s app making it easy to find him at the start of the tour. He is a very friendly person, getting to know each of us and ensured we had fun. The two wineries we visited were heavenly! The views were incredible! We learned so many things and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy the day. This tour is worth every penny and was one of our most favorite! There were only 4 of us so we received personal attention. Did I mention that the wine and food served was amazing? He even assisted us with any questions we had about being in Italy or about places to visit. His recommendation for a nice restaurant was spot on! I can’t say enough about this tour and Ricardo. Book it now it will become the highlight of your trip and you’ll make new friends!

We always look for opportunities to visit with people from the area we are visiting. What we loved about this tour was getting to know not only Riccardo but also the winemakers.
The countryside was beautiful. It is an hou's drive from Venice in Riccardo's comfortable car. We were with one other couple.
We visited two winemakers in the Prosecco Valley and learned about the area, the grapes and the wine.
The tastings were generous and the food was abundant. The company was great. We had a wonderful day and would highly recommend this experience.

Ricardo is a perfect host- his wine knowledge is unparalleled, his familiarity of the Prosecco region, its history, and the wine making process is outstanding but the most impressive part of our day was the way my wife and I were treated as family by not only Ricardo but by the owners of both family run wineries we visited
At both locations we were embraced warmly and were made to feel very special. With Ricardo, the feeling generated was one between friends who have known each other for a long time, not just a few hours

This was a fabulous addition to our Venice trip. Highly recommended. The first winery pietrovecchio, was my favorite. All the bites of food at both wineries were delicious as well. I will never fail to buy DOCG! You will also realize how close you are to the Southern Alps.

The tour guide, Riccardo was fantastic- extremely knowledgeable about Italy , its food and its wine. Spoke perfect English. The 2 vineyards we went to were fantastic - right in the heart of the high quality prosecco area. They were part of the family and very passionate about their proseccos. Spent the day exploring the Prosecco Hills and it was absolutely unforgettable. We learned so much from Riccardo about the region—especially the differences between DOC and DOCG—and gained a whole new appreciation for the craft behind Prosecco. The landscapes were stunning, with rolling hills and vineyards in every direction.
We visited two family-owned wineries that have been passed down through generations, and the Prosecco was incredible—fresh, elegant, and clearly made with so much pride and tradition. It made the experience feel even more special knowing the history behind each bottle.

Ricardo is an excellent guide. This is one of the best winery tours we have ever been on- we have been to Napa, Southern California, Oregon, etc. The wine markers were so informative, welcoming and fun! We learned so much and had so much fun on our tour today. We would definitely book again!

Riccardo was absolutely fantastic! We had the best day exploring the Valdobbiadene region and Riccardo set up two great wine tastings at family run wineries, in addition to taking us to a great spot for pictures. Riccardo is a sommelier and very knowledgeable not only about the region, but also about wine and wine making in general. Could not have asked for a more perfect tour!
