Do not rely on this operator. Our booking confirmation clearly stated a 7:35 PM pick-up outside the lobby meeting point at Hotel Paradisus Grand Cana. We arrived early at 7:20 PM and waited patiently, but the transportation never showed up. We reached out repeatedly through both the Viator app and WhatsApp to check on the shuttle. Even though they showed as active and online multiple times, they completely ignored us until 8:58 PM, nearly an hour and a half late, only to ask what hotel we were at! Because of their negligence, we completely wasted our evening stranded in the lobby waiting instead of enjoying our vacation, completely missing the show. To make matters worse, they rejected our refund request despite having full proof that we followed every instruction. Absolutely unacceptable service and zero accountability. Save your time, money, and vacation peace of mind.

Service was good! Punctual, on time and such a fun unique experience at cocobongo. Was worth the price! Fast track line, unlimited drinks (definitely feeling the unlimited today 😂) , transportation there & back , a snack at the place.
It was a great experience but it was way too packed me and my wife went on a Friday night. There are also lounges and a clubs you can visit outside of coco bongo once you leave you can not go back in. Overall we had a good time.
The shows was amazing and I loved every single one. But the amount of people that entered was extremely dangerous. No one was able to move or have space unless you pushed yourself in. I wish it was more space.
I paid for the skip the line, unlimited drinks, and snack. Didn't use the voucher for the snack, was able to get two drinks each. With all the standing and being pushed against the steps. It ruined my handles while we were there. It's a great show to attend. I would pay the VIP price if you want to sit.
Great experience. The music is very versatile, it caters to all crowds. This place gets really really crowded.

This is my 2nd year in a row booking and it was flawless as expected !!! Transport was perfect and we knew exactly what bus to get on for the return trip. Skip the line is the best!!! I will never buy a normal ticket after buying these 😂 100% recommend !
I had to spend $500 on a bottle just to get a seat. $100 per ticket and then $500 on a bottle. It was not worth it
The ticket I purchased included transportation and open bar. The transportation was on time and comfortable but once inside the venue , the drinks were watered down or too sweet and you have to stand the entire night. Which is fine if you are in your teens. If you ask for seating you have to then buy a bottle. Just be weary guys.
I paid $90 for an event that was over packed. It was so many people in attendance that you could barely move. Moving through the crowd saying excuse me yet no one even tried to move. I had to push my way through and ended up falling down the stairs. I was supposed to have unlimited drinks and never got even 1 drink, yet I had several drinks spilled on me. They packed so many people in that they were knocking things off of tables. One of the workers fell as well. Another worker knocked a drink on the floor and the glass shattered, drink went on me, and glas just barely missed me. If I would’ve moved slower that glass would have been in my foot. My feet were stepped on several times. With so much going on I was able to fully enjoy the show. I left smelling like a drunk who didn’t even have a drink.

This experience was AMAZING. This is a must visit when in DR. The performance was amazing. Vibes 100. My only two complaints were the food you get with the snack chit. It was very cold and dry. My husband took the beef burger and the other options were hot dog pr cheese and ham..none of which I eat. The guy did go prepare two mozzarella cheese sticks for me and paired it with fries. The drinks for an open bar were also very limited. Other than that maybe you can purchase a reguar ticket. This experience was great and looking forward to one of their shows when I visit Cancun.
Very straightforward, and the skip-the-line access that came with this ticket was a huge plus.
It was a small van pick-up service. We left the venue at 12:30am, but pick-ups weren’t actually allowed to leave until 1:30am. Sadly, our driver couldn’t speak English, but he was a lovely man nonetheless. Drivers are also required to complete an alcohol test before leaving the venue.
Would defo book this with the same provider again! Recommend!
So many awwws and ohhs at every corner, They keep you engaged as soon as you arrive. The acts are fascinating! Please plan on staying once you get there and if possible, pay for a seat to ensure you stay for every moment.
This place was over packed. I paid for skipped the line but had to stand in line while others was let inside before me. Once inside there were no seats for the tickets I purchased. This experience is not for adults 50 and up! I felt like I was partying with my daughters.
Venue was not as big as I thought it would be. It is almost impossible to make it through the crowd to get a drink and workers kept pushing us into tables and stairs to let the entertainment get through the crowd. It was far too much for such a small venue, and not really enjoyable at all.
Do not BOOK with them! We booked our tour and there was absolutely NO communication from them. We stayed at an Airbnb and Uber to our PICK UP point not knowing that you had to be staying at the pickup point because again, there was NO COMMUNICATION from whoever is running this tour!!! They did not text us to tell us what time to meet them, neither were they clear with the pick up directions!!!!!! We did not get to do the activity because we were standing outside of our pickup point for 30minutes. We kept texting the so called activity provider and he/she was not responding! Viator did not help either!!! We called and asked for a refund and they did ABSOLUTELY nothing about it!!! I’m never booking through here again!!! Lesson learnt!! Keep the $160! May the good lord go with y’all!
We found our way to coco bongo by ourselves and repurchase our tickets! And we had a BLAST!!!
These tickets were for the ground floor. You're near the stage. The show is amazing but I would have to say it was a lot to be in the crowd. People will push at some points you'll be squished. I would find, getting the seats or table would be worth the extra money.
But it was cool to be on the ground floor close to the center stage. They will be there many moments where they'll pull people on stage to dance so it was very inclusive.
Even though it was open bar it was pretty hard to get to the bar cuz of the crowd. The snack you get also is either a burger or a sandwich with fries. Which was definitely good.
Definitely loved it. Just when you're with the crowd. It's crazy and it's hard to dance but I did anyways on the moments where it was not packed.
the pickup is just outside of the hotel, the pickup can be tricky, as you have to show up at the departure time, otherwise the shuttle bus will not be waiting for you, since there are many people.
We brought ticket that states you jumb the queue and this was a lies, as we still had to line up to get out tickets. When we got into the venue, we queued up to get into the main event (club) and after 10mins of being there, the standing up area became extremely overcrowded where people where pushing each other to get pass. I was told that to get a table off the ground floor, I have to buy a bottle of champagne. It was so overcrowded that i saw others squeezing through to get of the ground floor to get out the crowds. We had to leave the show early and didn't even get a drink or snack due to this. As we left we saw more people coming in, not realising what they were about to enter into. It's a con and terrible that this company takes our money know how overcrowded it is!
It was way too packed to dance or socialize. It took forever to navigate the venue because of the volume of people, and we were discouraged from getting drinks because it would take forever to get to and from the bar because of the crowd.
Very overcrowded I suggest you get vip or your own section if not you will squished and people pushing one another !!there is no room so be prepared for that. Also open bar is just juice with some rum you have to pay your drinks. To have a good time since the show is AMAZING but you have to get a section to have a good time. Also make sure you confirm your transportation 24 hours in advance. They do not text or call you so make sure you look at your messages when booking if not the bus will leave you (big coach bus) I had to pay my own uber to coco bongo. Overall great experience

Everything went well with the bus and the entrance en Coco Bongo. The experience is unique and all the shows are great.
In the advertisement, it doesn’t say that it is standing room only unless you buy $100 bottle otherwise you stand for the entire five hours. It is very entertaining though, but I wouldn’t recommend it for older or handicap people. The staff was somewhat friendly, not very helpful. The snacks could have been a lot better. They also asked about your dietary preference but did not read dietary preference I was giving pork products. Don’t eat pork. I think the hamburger was a sausage. Otherwise it was dry ham baloney, and hamburger pork mixed or a hotdog. The drinks are not that impressive but get the job done.
We did miss the transportation going which I think it’s way too early to be picked up at 6 for a club. But the club was amazing, super big and super packed. Love the little shows.
Loved it 10 out of 10 everybody has to come visit and enjoy the scenery. The bus ride was perfect. Pick up and drop off open bar all night.
This was the absolutely most trash boys beach and adult resort. I do not recommend. You will be wasting tour time and money

Waiters rude without much care to push around and argue with you.
