Contacting Your Driver: You will receive a confirmation message with your driver’s contact information prior to your pickup. Feel free to call or send a message Via WhatsApp or SMS for any assistance. Assistance and Updates: If you cannot locate your driver immediately, please contact our dispatch line at [+18764143659], or reach out to your assigned driver for guidance. Sign Identification: Look out for a sign with "Roots & Routed Jamaica Transport" and your name for easy identification.
