Pickup is available from hotels, resorts, Airbnb accommodations, Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Cebu Port, and other accessible locations within Cebu City, Mactan Island, and selected nearby areas. Please be ready at your pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Your driver will wait at the hotel lobby, main entrance, or designated pickup point. For airport or seaport pickups, detailed meeting instructions will be provided after your booking is confirmed. Please provide your hotel name and complete pickup address when booking. For airport arrivals, include your flight number and arrival time. For cruise passengers, please provide your ship name and docking time. Keep your phone switched on, as your driver may contact you via WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, or phone call if needed. If your accommodation is located in an area with restricted vehicle access, we will arrange the nearest convenient meeting point and inform you before your travel date. Pickup times may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions. Your final pickup time and driver details will be confirmed at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.
