All Valletta Tours & Excursions in 2026

This was a great tour. SALAH was our driver and he was awesome. We had an idea of the things we wanted to do and he expertly got us there and showed us where to go and what options each place had. We saw the Blue Grotto, Hagar Qim, Mosta Rodunda, Mdina and grabbed pics at the Dingil Cliffs along with a little shopping. We did Valletta on our own at the end. If you have limited time this is the way to go! Thanks for a great day.

An outstanding experience in Malta! Our private driver did a fantastic job taking us to five cities in just five hours, making the most of our time on the island. It was a wonderful way to explore Malta, and his excellent service made the day truly memorable. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great private tour!

Our group was made up of two British couples and a French couple. Our guide Nabil was inclusive and entertaining. He was mindful when driving and tried to be as smooth as possible. We covered a lot of Gozo and made regular stops. Nabil gave a concise and knowledgeable commentary of each location and we had time to ask questions and explore before moving on. Lunch was ok, we had a glass of wine and some local fayre (pastries and pasta). After lunch the journey continued to salt pans, the Basilica and Victoria (the capital, including the walled Citadel). Its a fairly long day, but my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of touring in a Tuk tuk.

The shuttle picked us up near the hotel in Slima. At the boat drop off everyone was a bit confused as to where we go, which boat, etc. There were no signs or verbal instructions at the drop off. We asked around the dock and we figured it out. From this point on everything was easy peasy. Boat to Gozo was nice. Met our buggy guide and off we went. The jeeps were comfortable and brand new. Tour guide and local resident Ian did a great job driving us and another very nice couple around, showing us the sites, always. Ian has a great personality and speaks great English. FYI, the jeep was a little loud and can be hard to hear the guide speaking, especially from the back seat. Lunch was simple but tasty. Wine was included. Nice perk. The sight seeing boat ride to Camino was fun. They gave us about 1/2 hour to swim and the water was nice and warm. I’d say the tour is about 7 hours long and it was about 9 total from pick up to drop off. A full day at what I thought was a very reasonable cost. I would recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience exploring Malta with our guide, Chamison, and cannot recommend him highly enough. From the start, Chamison was attentive, patient, and clearly passionate about sharing Malta's history and culture. He took us to a wonderful mix of well-known landmarks and lesser-known local spots that we would never have found on our own. Chamison was easy to communicate with, flexible with our pace, and made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. We left with not just great photos, but a real appreciation for Malta thanks to him. Chris was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, he communicated with us ahead of time to confirm our timing and make sure our itinerary was customized to what we wanted to see and do. He also provided wonderful recommendations that made our experience even better. Peter, our driver/guide was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly. He went out of his way to give us recommendations and make arrangements for other things we planned to do in Valletta. It truly was a customizable itinerary, as we made decisions about what to see and do along the way.

We did this on our first proper day in Malta to get orientated and learn about the country. It is a great town and the guide was very knowledgeable. I liked that she pointed out other things to do and places to go. I liked that she used a microphone and headphones so we could hear her but I think she needs a better muff to block the wind as that made it a bit crackly sometimes.
