Best Road to Hana Tour out there!!

Our driver and guide was Dom and he did an amazing job at both!! A very patient and extremely knowledgeable guide! He provided great historical information as well as answering all of our questions and kept us informed and entertained the entire day. It seemed there was nothing that could stump him!! We REALLY enjoyed our day and tour. Because of recent storms and road work there was a change or two to the original plan, but Dom stayed positive throughout and adjusted everything on the fly to make the most of the day for all of us. I just can't say enough about how terrific the entire experience was. Lunch, snacks and water were provided. They have a few umbrellas if it rains. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for walking on uneven surfaces. Bring cash, a light jacket and a small umbrella in case you need any of these to make your day more comfortable. You'll be climbing in and out of a van all day. It's a WONDERFUL trip but can be a long day for some. We loved every bit of it!!

Our guide Jason showed us so many beautiful stops, the waterfalls were breathtaking, the clear water was cool, we were able to swim, and the views were captivating. Our lunch was delicious and fresh. It's a good experience but don't set your expectations so high so you won't be disappointed.

It's a nice experience to have. The sunset was beautiful but the sun went down so fast. It could have been better but that's out of anyone's control except God. We still enjoyed the tour and met people from different places. Just an FYI, don't set your expectations so high so you won't be disappointed.

Great time, comfy bus, excellent driver. Very cold at the top but great sunrise and amazing view of the stars

Great time from beginning to end. Got picked up around 1:45, got to the top around 445. Crazy cold and windy at the top. Nice breakfast afterwards. We had a fantastic time and our driver was great. If you get motion sickness, the drive is very windy on cliffs so make sure you are going To be ok with that.

Best tour ever

This is a must! John our guide was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and participated in with all of our adventures. You will see everything from waterfalls to eucalyptus trees to the beautiful black sand beach. This tour is a must if you are in Maui. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Dom…Best Tour guide for Road to Hana experience❣️

My sister’s first trip to Maui, and the Road to Hana didn’t disappoint. Our tour guide Dom, was not only kind and attentive, but a wealth of knowledge. He kept a monologue going throughout the trip talking about everything from the history of the Hawiian Islands to the flora and fauna that we were seeing. His expert driving skills made us feel completely at ease on some of the most narrow of spots along the road. I feel a tour under his guidance would be most pleasant for anyone

Unique Experience

Unique experience. Yes, you get up in the mid of the night but worth it. Our driver also did a Hawai’i prayer at sunrise for us. The breakfast was much bigger than expected and a nice location. Just remember it is very cold at the top. Make sure you bring a jacket plus layers.

Great time. Worth every penny.

This was an amazing activity. The food was good, open bar and a great staff. Rich and Kayla were both fantastic as was the captain. Had an incredible time. Exactly as advertised. I would definitely do it again. Take your phones and /or cameras. There will be plenty of opportunities for picture and videos. They have an onboard cameraman if necessary.

If you have an entire day...

If you have an entire day to spend checking out everything Hana this is the trip for you. Jason, our tour guide, was born and raised in the island and was extremely knowledgeable about everything Maui and had an awesome playlist to boot! My only complaint was the van was jammed packed for a long day. Luckily our fellow travel companions were awesome. Highly recommend!

Great start to our trip

Fantastic crew who made sure everyone had fun and was safe. It was raining the day we started and turned into a beautiful sunny afternoon in no time. Fantastic spot for snorkeling. We bought the picture package from River, a crew member on board. He captured fantastic shots. Lunch was great and we ran into a huge pod of dolphins on the way back. The Gemini stopped and let us all observe for awhile and it was the perfect ending to a great excursion. Highly recommend. Very clean too.
