The reservation defaulted to the wrong day. I called to change, neither Viator or the operator would not honor the change. Zero customer service, waste of money

Date changes and cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions communicated at the time of booking , these are set by the platform and are visible prior to purchase. This was a great experience, especially for my birthday. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. The smile on everyone’s face was priceless. They brought out a birthday dessert and sang happy birthday. 🎊

This experience is worth every bit of it, even in rainy season we had a perfect weather minus the last hour, but the experience crew made it great.

I was worry at first about the rain. But the food environment drinks people was awesome. I had to get use to the club music, but guy came with drum and beautiful dancers and it was captivating.

Beautiful boat and ni e concept… good food and drinks… only issue is the music it’s only techno music… it would be nice if it was a variety of music… it’s a mix crowd but the music wasn’t good unless you like hours of non stop techno music… so after awhile I felt bore…

Wow! From the marina where you are hosted with a drink, get on a speed boat to get to the Yona boat/barge in the bay, to the spectacular set up, the Dj, the pool, the amazing service, the food… truly amazing! We spent the evening dancing in the pool while watching the sunset…
Now a couple of things to know: 1) book sunbeds or a couch before (it is not cheap), this was not well explained before and all was fully booked when we arrived. 2) come with a small bag that can fit in a locker especially if you don’t have a sunbed as you cannot leave anything near the pool area. 3) it finishes rather early so go there early!

The beach club is really nice. Beautiful setup and great music. I did see a lot of negative comments about the seating arrangement from last year. I was hoping that Viator would have resolved them by now. I recommend booking directly from YONA website, otherwise you will be standing the whole time or sitting in the sun.

You guys booked me for an event that wasnt even happening at that date and time . I showed up dressed ready to party and was turned away. It was one of the main things i wanted to do on my vacation and it was ruined

On that particular day, we had to adjust our schedule and cancel the morning session. Please note that our morning sessions are generally more focused on a relaxed, chill atmosphere, while the afternoon sessions are more festive. We made every effort to inform all our guests in advance, and we regret that this information did not reach you.
Your ticket was, of course, fully refunded. Should you return to Phuket, we would be more than happy to invite you back and provide you with the experience you were expecting.

The place had a great vibe. More instructions about the type of outfits one should wear, carrying swimsuits, etc., would have helped.
Also, according to Wyatt, we were supposed to reach there at five to catch the last boat, but when we reached there, they said the last boat can be taken all the way up to 6 PM.
Since we were rushing from old town, forget to reach there we did not have time to change into a proper nightclub attire or even bring swimsuits (we were told to bring a swim swimsuit by our friends who live in Thailand).
If we had known the exact time of the departure, we would have quickly stopped by at our hotel and brought the right outfit.
However, the experience was very good and we really appreciated that 2000 BHT food and beverage credit for each person

You need to book beds and cabanas before you go. They was sold out. Let is sit at a table long enough to eat then wanted to move is to the 3rd floor. Only was there for about 2 hours then left. Wasn’t greeted when we first got on the boat customer service could of been better. Other than that nice views

We enjoyed the experience overall. The ambiance was very nice just the way it was advertised. I wasn’t a huge fan of the food options and felt like the included credits do not offer as much as it is made to seem. But overall I loved the experience and I’ll definitely come back.

Yona Beach Club lived up to the hype. This was one of the highlights of our trip. You must get one of the seating packages. It comes with food and beverage allowance and we could not spend it all (6 people). Food and drinks were top notch, entertainment (Rae) singer was wonderful! Such a vibe❤️❤️❤️

One word…. Amazing! From beginning to end top tier service. I had the pleasure of being served by Laura the bar manager. She was beyond! She curated an experience for not just me but all guests she encountered. When she left for the evening her vibes were missed!

For Starters, book directly on Yona’s Website and not here on Viator!! If you book here you will be forced to sit at the dinner tables, the windiest part of the ship with direct sunlight and no shade, or at the bottom deck on the hardest barstools ever, entire time!! The obvious best seats in the house are the pool side beds, and the cabanas. The views were immaculate, but we gave it 3 stars because it was very mid!! Security is really aggressive . They do check bags, so if you have liquor, drugs, or snacks, they keep it and do not give an option to store it. They keep it for themselves. Which is basically stealing.
Don’t book the day party unless you’re cool with small kids swimming past you. Book the night party. They should really make this adult only, or block off certain days for families. Wouldn’t do it again. 1 and done.

Yona Beach operates as a restaurant and hospitality venue, and outside food, beverages, drugs, or prohibited items are not allowed on board. Our security team performs bag checks for safety and compliance with these rules. Items that are not permitted cannot be stored and are disposed of immediately. This policy is clearly communicated and is standard practice in many venues.
Regarding seating, the different experiences and seating categories are explained on our website when booking directly, and our team is always available to answer questions in advance to help guests choose the option that best fits their expectations.
Thank you as well for your suggestion regarding adult only experiences. Our afternoon and evening experiences are already designed with different atmospheres, and we are also proud to offer moments that families can enjoy. Having several types of experiences allows us to welcome a wide variety of guests.

This experience was exceptional. The only drawback was that we were not given the option to select our seating upon arrival. We were informed that seating must be chosen during the booking process; however, this option was not available on Viator. Additionally, the day pass does not operate on a first-come, first-served basis with respect to seating.
That said, we arrived early at 9:00 AM and were able to take several photos before the venue became crowded, which was a positive. Our package also included a 2,000 THB credit that could be applied toward food and beverage purchases while on the yacht.
Overall, this is a must-do experience for anyone visiting Phuket, Thailand.

Great aesthetic and performances. It was really good for pics and good vibes. I do think they need to be more explicit about the terms of a pass, wasn’t aware my pass didn’t include certain areas beforehand.

Overall the food, drinks, boat was beautiful and delicious! On the other hand the seating was not pleasant for people unless you pay for a bottle of champagne which in my opinion was too expensive.
