Alternatively, you can be picked up from eligible hotels along the main road in Koh Samui. Pickup time is approximately 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM or 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM, depending on your hotel location and selected departure time. Please be ready at your hotel lobby or confirmed pickup point 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If your hotel is located on a steep hill, narrow road, or area that the shuttle van cannot access safely, you may be asked to meet at a nearby hotel or designated main-road pickup point. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

This activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, asthma, recent surgery, serious back or neck problems, or other serious medical conditions.
Participants should wear comfortable sportswear and closed-toe shoes, such as sneakers or hiking shoes, to ensure safety on the platforms. Sandals and flip-flops are not permitted.
We highly recommend that participants bring sun protection, insect repellent, and a camera or smartphone to capture the scenic views.
