The activity itself was very good but we bought 3 tickets but when we reached at entry point after 1 hour of long queue they said that one of the three ticket already used 1 day ago so I had to buy ticket online from their website

Very poor experience from start to finish. Our tickets never arrived in time so we had trouble getting into the Frame. Once we finally got in we spent 45 mins in a queue to get to the lift as one of them was broken. After we arrived at the top it was very crowded and to make matters worse we had to spend another 20 mins in an another queue to exit the Frame.

Well worth a visit. We booked at a time that would have meant that we would be able to see the sunset, but was disappointed to see that it disappeared in the Haze before it reached the horizon. On our many travels past this place, we were disappointed that unlike most of the tall buildings around, it wasn't lit up for people to see it from distance when it's dark. Don't schedule too much time on this, as you could quite easily spend more time in the gift shop than you could going up to the top.

From the outside it was looks amazing. But once inside the it was rush and not a good experience. The glass was very dirty and couldn't get a good photo/video of the city. We loved it. The frame is a Majestic structure showcasing the past and current Dubai. It’s built with so much attention to details. The view was eye watering with views extending to miles..! The glass wall was one of the highlights of the experience. We booked our visit in the afternoon and it wasn’t busy at all. So we could spend sufficient time in the top Of the structure and there wasn’t the pressure to move faster..!

We never got to experience this tour after paying for it because it was booked for 7pm and since Ramadan was going on in Dubai the Frame closed at 7pm. No one notified us of this so when we showed up for our tour at 650pm we were told the Frame was closing at 7pm

I booked the Dubai frame for me and a friend who was on holiday in Dubai and booked for the Sunday evening to tie on with the museum of the future as in same area, booked both before travelling with Viator and on the Sunday evening of the attraction booked we travelled from our location in downtown Dubai to the frame and booked it for a evening session as was advised the pictures would be amazing of the frame , old and new Dubai at night all lite up was not to be missed !!!!! We had a booking for 8-10pm and we sorted our travel arrangements out the get too where the frame is situated and arrived 45 minutes before our booking and on arrival to the check in booth was told by the guide there thst the attraction was closed !!!!! I showed him the Viator booking confirmation and he said yes that is right but the attraction is closed and closed early throughout March as it was Ramadan and ther was nothing he could do about it !!!! I have since then whilst away in Dubai contacted Viator who should of know this with Ramadan on this month bit still let people book it with there hard earned money , so not only did we not get to do the attraction , we have also had no reply within 7 days as stated , had no refund for the attraction or any communication in regards to the refund or the additional costs we incurred travelling to and from the frame from our hotel !!!! Not impresssed with the customer service at all 😡

Seamless entry. Tickets provided in a timely manner and you were able to stay in the Frame as long as u wanted. Great experience to see the old verses the new...to enter with a pictorial interactive history of the old Dubai see the difference on 2 sides and leaving with the vision of future Dubai. The access is basic with long wait times to get to the top and overall there isn’t much to do at the frame, it’s better to experience after 4 with the Glow Garden. You won’t miss it if you don’t go !!

Fast track ticket did not work as the attraction did not recongise our fast track ticket. We ended up waiting in a line for a good 1.45 hours. Once at the attraction it’s almost worth the wait. I am not is person for a poor review normally

This is not a skip the line entrance ticket, is only skip the line to buy a ticket that have 20 person, an then wait one hour as a regular entrance ticket to access Dubai frame experience . My ticket was not even recognized at the entrance so I had to buy a new one .

Amazing views and a cheap way of seeing them. Loved the glass floor. Only one minor fault is there isn’t enough area of clear glass. The design on the windows covers a lot of the glass.

The skip the line process wasn’t needed in August, there was barely any wait time and it was an efficient process. What I will say is if you book through a third party you need internet to bring up the tickets. Luckily for us, the staff were super helpful, attached my phone to the internet and the tickets popped up on WhatsApp! It was a great little trip out, there is a little tour in Arabic before heading to the lift up the observation deck. On one side you see ‘old’ Dubai and the other new Dubai. The observation deck has a neat surprise so won’t spoil it, young and old can enjoy this iconic building - Dubai really shares its successes with you. The whole experience is lovely and you can walk around the frame once you leave. I would say taxis are not easy to pick up so either book a Careem or take your chance with the the random ‘taxi-Lexus’ drivers. Remember to book a Careem you need the internet! Maybe pre book like you can an over to ensure you have a pick up. All in all, a great way to spend an hour or so of an evening.
