The Estancia Tour was a memorable experience from beginning to end.
The knowledgeable tour guide prepared us for what was to come at the Estancia with a wealth of information.
The welcoming staff and the exquisite empanadas set the tone for the rest of the day.
The gentle horse riding around the estancia was a lovely way to see the countryside on the back of these gentle creatures so intertwined with the gaucho culture.
The expertly cooked asado was superb and the generous portions of food and malbec made lunch a very festive occasion, and, as our tour guide reminded us, “sobremesa” the lingering st the table well after the meal concludes, is often the best part.
But that was not the end…
Following lunch there was entertainment, and entertaining it was!
The musicians and dancers were great and very engaging with the participants.
And the “Grand Finale” was the horse demonstration by one of amazingly skilled gauchos. The way this young gaucho handled the horse, the trusting partnership they created was absolutely spellbinding.
Oh, one last thing… if you are fond of dogs… this is a version of Dog Heaven

Estancia was attractive and well run. Excellent food and entertainment. A great introduction to guacho history and life. Our private guide was very knowledgeable for our trip to and from the estancia and help us organize where to be, and when, to maximize our viewing and photo opportunities.

We had a wonderful day with Marcelo, he is truly a gifted and knowledgeable guide. With many years of experience, Marcelo was able to give us a clear understanding of the history and culture of Buenos Aires and Argentina. This was our third time
visiting an Estancia, and I can say the three were all different in certain ways, and all were fun. Marcelo had specific knowledge of this Estancia and was able to give us a unique perspective on its history. This was a wonderful day trip when visiting Bueno Aires and would highly recommend this activity. Thank you Marcelo for a wonderful day.

We hired a private guide (Diego) through Viator and had a great experience. He was made to be in the business, paying total attention to us and ensuring we got every possible thing we could need taken care of. We stopped in town and did a little silver and wool shopping, and then headed off to the estancia which was absolutely beautiful. We ate a LOT of beef and fabulous empanadas, took a nice walk through the grounds, watched some dancing, and even did a little trail ride. Highly recommend!

An amazing experience into Argentina’s most iconic region—Marcelo was the perfect guide—warm, knowledgeable with excellent command of English—the day was well planned with great series of accessible activities, from horseback riding and dancing to swimming in an infinity pool—all the while meeting and listening to guachos —highly recommended

Pablo was an Outstanding tour companion. Extensive discussion about Argentina and the surroundings during city departure on the drive to Estancia. Had one stop enroute in a small town to visit chocolate and silver smith stores. Included a visit to local gaucho pub. He provided over 50 pictures/videos he took of us at Estancia. Horse back ride for 45 minutes, gaucho music and dancing, and group guest dancing. Horse whisper performance was great. Food was excellent with at least 7 different meats served.

This is a great tour--it's educational and entertaining with wonderful views of the pampas on the way. The guide Enrique showed up exactly when promised and helped to provide the best spots for enjoying the music and demonstrations.

We had such a fabulous time at Ombu de Areco. The estancia was gorgeous and we enjoyed all of the activities during our visit. Diego was an excellent guide and provided so much information and history about the ranch. The brief stop at the charming town of Areco was a nice bonus. He also gave many good cafe & restaurant recommendations while in Buenos Aires. It would be a pleasure to tour with him again when we come back. We highly recommend this tour. Thank you again!

Gus was a fabulous guide! The whole day was wonderful! Picked us us from the ship with all our luggage and set out on an adventure. Love the estancia-food great, rode horse and had a fabulous barbecue.

Our day trip with Marcelo fulfilled our expectations. He was accommodating and gave us an informative day on the Pampas. The town sight seeing gave us a look at Argentinian life. The rest of the day at the Estancia was great. The food was good and gave us a taste of authentic cooking. I would recommend this tour to everyone. Good value.
