What a great day touring this amazing City with Pablo, who was both very informative and personable. Pablo Just about covered everything interesting in Buenos Aires and included a leisurely cruise around the Tigre Delta. We were even lucky enough to follow the changing of the guard ceremony at the mausoleum of General Don José de San Martín.

We added 2 additional friends to our tour. A mini van was then added which was expensive but was nice to have all of us on the same tour. We paid for 9 hours of touring which is what the website said but they pushed us into 7 hours which was unfair for the price. We enjoyed what we did see but some items were missed based on losing the 2 hours advertised. Our tour guide spend a fair bit of time on his phone vs talking to us about what we were seeing which took away from the experience.

Our driver/guide Ariel was great. He showed us a both the usual tourist places and also let us experience the lesser known areas of Buenos Aires. He was friendly, had good language skills, and was very accomodating to all of our requests.

Wow, what a fabulous day! We saw all the sights of the city and were not pressured for time. Muhammed was knowledgeable and interesting and very easy to understand. The tour was very personal and we spent time where we wanted. In the afternoon we had a great boat ride on the Tigre Delta and more stops after that.
The day really felt like a trip out with a friend and we would highly recommend it. We were only in Buenos Aires for a short time so needed to make the most of it. This tour did exactly that.

Alejandro was extremely friendly, flexible, well informed and interesting, and made our day both engaging, rewarding and memorable. I enjoyed an unhurried thorough tour of Buenos Aires, ate where the locals do and had a fun ice cream experience. Great conversation and lots of laughs. The boat tour was interesting and calming. A must do tour. I would book with this company again.

My driver was Juan Carlos and he met me
In the reception of my hotel on time. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He gave me an overview of the day and after each stop he told me what the next stop would be. He gave me ample time to take photos and shared a lot of great personal and historical stories.
I absolutely loved my time with him and the trip!! Everything was a highlight and I highly recommend him as your driver and this trip

We would not recommend this tour or tour company, Argentina highlights. On March 25, 2025 , We took this tour on our first full day with our two kids; high school and college age, to get an extensive and informative history of BA. We researched all the sites it was supposed to visit so that in subsequent days on our trip we would be able to see more of those areas we deemed most relevant. Instead our driver arrived late, which we were notified about (30 min) but complained all day about the traffic and drove crazily and far exceeded speed limits at times. His car was inadequate for 4 people with driver and quit on occasion when at stops. He skipped over 1/2 of the sites on the itinerary and when we did stop he stood by his car and we walked alone to the caso rosado, aviendo de mayo and the metropolitan cathedral with no historical information on anything. He skipped San telmo and puerto madero completely and any sites included in them. We made it to the delta boat tour but then he skipped the sites and walking around there which was another 1.5 hours of missed tour. Overall we may have received a 1/2 day poor tour at best. He dropped us off more then 3.5 hours early of a 9 hour tour. We spend the next four days doing other tours to make up for this unfortunate waste of our day to which we had far superior guides and information.

We would like to clarify some important points regarding the tour provided:
Tour start: The guide experienced an unforeseen traffic accident, causing an 18-minute delay, which was properly communicated in advance. Upon arrival at your hotel, the guide still waited an additional 20 minutes as part of your group was not yet ready to begin the tour.
Itinerary: The tour included the main scheduled highlights and was even adapted based on your requests. Extra stops were made, such as at Roldán restaurant so you could make a reservation. Optional stops like the Puente de la Mujer were offered, but you chose not to get off. Additionally, time was allocated for a relaxed lunch break in the San Telmo area at your request.
Early conclusion of the tour: It was your own decision to conclude the tour earlier than planned. You specifically asked to be dropped off at the Ateneo Grand Splendid bookstore so you could continue walking along Avenida Santa Fe, near your hotel. For that reason, the guide did not accompany you beyond that point, respecting your wishes.
Admissions not included: As clearly stated in the tour's inclusions section, entrance fees to specific sites such as Recoleta Cemetery and the Boca Juniors Stadium (La Bombonera) are not included. These visits require prior arrangements and additional costs, and this information was properly provided before the tour.
Vehicle and driving: All transportation was conducted in compliance with traffic and safety regulations. We regret if the perception was otherwise, although no concerns were raised during the service.
We understand that every traveler has their own expectations, and we regret that your overall impression was not what we strive to deliver. Nonetheless, we reaffirm our commitment to providing quality, transparency, and personalized service to all of our guests.

We had a wonderful full day tour with Pablo. He picked us up at our cruise ship and showed us all of Buenos Aires. We had the perfect amount of walking and driving and he got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Pablo is a wealth of information about his country. Viator helped us make the arrangements with this company after a distasteful experience with another tour provider.

This tour was the perfect introduction to Buenos Aires and its environs. My guide, Pablo, was superb - very knowledgeable and perceptive. He picked me up at my hotel, right on time, and we spent the morning in the suburb of Tigre and on a cruise of the estuary. Fascinating! Pablo then customized the itinerary for the rest of the day based on conversations we had during the morning. I imagine he would do the same for all clients. I highly recommend this company, this guide, and this tour.

Both Rafael and Sebastian lit up Buenos Aires from the lovely Tigre Delta to the well informed Recolata Cemetery to the Obelisk walking the widest avenue in the World plus an inside tour cathedral! The city walk was amazing and Caminito simply mind blowing. I would thoroughly recommend this tour with Rafeal and Sebastian - excellente!!!

Fantastic tour with our tour guide Juan Adreas who is so wonderfully taking care the entire tour. This experience you will not get from large group via big bus or van. It is somewhat customized to tailor individual tastes and also followed the designed itinerary. A little concern not showing any review on Viator site. It turns out to be a fantastic one.
