Top San Martin de los Andes Classes & Workshops

Set in the lakeside mountain town of San Martín de los Andes, this 3.5-hour cooking class explores the unique mountain gastronomy of Northern Patagonia. Guided by an expert local chef, you will master essential Argentine culinary foundations, from folding classic beef empanadas and making artisanal chimichurri to searing premium Argentine ribeye steak (ojo de bife) paired with a warm wild mushroom salad. Conclude with traditional poached Patagonian pears and house-muddled vermouth in an intimate small-group setting.
