Top Quito Painting Classes

Discover the cultural richness of Ecuador through a creative experience that unites heritage, sustainable fashion, and artisanal tradition in the heart of Quito. Toquilla straw, recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, is much more than a fiber: it represents a legacy of knowledge and artisanal techniques passed down from generation to generation. In this exclusive workshop at Cholonga Ecoboutique, an Ecuadorian sustainable fashion brand made with artisan women, you will get a close look at this tradition and explore the creative process with fashion designer Lissette Serrano, who will guide you to design and personalize your own hat. Enjoy snacks and drinks in an artistic and cozy environment, connect with the local culture, and take home a unique piece created by you, along with a new appreciation for Ecuadorian craftsmanship and conscious fashion. No prior experience needed: just curiosity and a desire to create.
