Floating island
The floating islands experience is unique. Our tour guide was very good and spoke very good English. He helped us locating our backpack that we left in the taxi.

Really enjoyed the tour a lot! Its a way to experience the lake in a much calmer way than with the tourist boats. Stunning views and the Sounds of the birds…The Agency also helped me to store my luggage during the tour, as I had already checked out :)

well-organized trip
The tour went very well and everything was organized according to the schedule. The transport was on time, the itinerary was as described, and there were no issues during the day. Overall, it was a well-organized trip and I would recommend it.

Amazing tour guide. Well rounded tour
Great day trip, exceeded expectations. Perfect amount of time in each place, with great descriptions and demonstrations.
Great oppotunity to buy locally made handcrafts (with backstory, and without sales pressure)
Good lunch with vegetarian options.
Fred was an incredible tour guide, giving amazing insight, especially as he was from the Uros islands, plus spoke the native language fluently, along with English, Spanish, plus some French. A great mix of knowledgeable and fun

Excellent tour and unique experience
Excellent tour and unique experience! We had a very nice speed boat with reclining seats.
The ride was smooth and enjoyable. We visited floating island made out of lake reeds. The local inhabitants were friendly and shared all the aspects of their daily life. We had a boat ride on a small authentic vessels handmade by them from the reeds. The second part of the tour was a visit to a beautiful picturesque Island. We took a trail all the way up to the town square. The local people played Andes music and danced for us. We had a good lunch. The guide was excellent and we were very happy with the tour. Perfect day in Puno
A perfect day trip from Puno! One of the guides, Julio, personally picked me up from my hotel and took me to the shuttle bus, which was a great start to the day. I was then placed in Fausto's group, and he was an outstanding guide. His English was excellent, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the local history and cultures.
Pablo was another standout guide who gave entertaining and informative commentary during the boat cruise, making the journey even more enjoyable.
Visiting the local families on Uros was a truly special experience, and lunch on Taquile Island was exceptional. We enjoyed delicious quinoa soup followed by fresh trout with Peruvian potatoes, and there was also a vegetarian option available.
The transport was comfortable, the entire day was well organized, and it offered fantastic value for money. A must-do experience when visiting Puno!

Great Day Out
Overall it was a great day out. We were met in the lobby of our hotel (the lady didn't even say hello to us, just called our name and hustled us out), then she put us on a minibus with our guide. We carefully stuck together to go on the boat - 2 sets of 16 people by my count, with 2 guides one of whom said nothing so it was really a tour of 32. We spent time on the reed island, took the optional boat (small extra fee), then went off the Taquile. Here there was a good length walk, but though the instructions said hiking boots it was not necessary. Yes, it is uphill, but the path is good and no special grip was needed. The lunch (with a great view) was very good. We then went down the slope to get the boat back.
Our guide looked after us well. Some of his speeches (first in Spanish then English) seemed to go a long time (especially in Spanish) and I do recommend he speak slower in English - even if the information is therefore less, at least it will get communicated. The English-as-a-second-language Europeans got really lost, and there were times I could not catch the words. This is a general problem we have found with Spanish-speaking guides.

Great way to spend a day on Lake Titicaca
As advertised. Faster boat so more time on the islands you stop on. Fun day of culture. We lucked out and had a sunny day. Boat is enclosed for weather but you can go up top as well.

Expert guide Sam....
Expert guide Sam. Friendly, kind and so full of knowledge which he was happy to share. Made our day very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. The trip itself was enjoyable and interesting to see the lovely Islands and have lunch.

Very good tour. Pick up at hotel. Our guide was knowledgeable. Bear in mind that the boat tour by the locals is more or less mandatory but we'll worth it
