Top Paxos Olive Oil Tasting in 2026

Step into a centuries-old olive grove and discover the agricultural heritage that has shaped Paxos for generations. Surrounded by olive trees, stone walls and the sounds of nature, you will learn how olive oil is produced, how to taste it and why it remains at the heart of Mediterranean culture. Learn how different olive oils interact with food through carefully selected pairings. Fresh bread, local ingredients and mediterranean flavours help reveal how olive oil can transform a dish and elevate simple ingredients. More than just a tasting, it is an immersion into the landscape and traditions of the island. Throughout the activity, you will learn how to recognise aromas and understand quality. I'll then help you identify the characteristics of each sensory profile, which ultimately is what makes each extra virgin olive oil so unique.
