Hole in the Rock Tour with Two Island Stops
The crew on the boat were friendly and helpful and provided a great commentary about the area. The boat was comfortable and provided good shelter from the wind. The two island stops were amazing and you got a good length of time on both islands. A highlight for us was feeding the fish off the wharf! The Hole in the Rock was an amazing sight and the captain made sure that everyone on the boat got a good view of it by moving the boat around. We would thoroughly recommend this tour if you are in the Bay of Islands.

Great trip to Hole in the Rock
This was a fantastic tour. Zach, our tour guide was quite informative and stopped the boat when someone saw wildlife. He even shut the wi die on one side of the boat so we wouldn’t get sprayed by the water. The Hole in the Rock was really sometime see. We had the opportunity to walk up to Cook’s lookout which gave us beautiful scenery of the Bay of Islands. WELL WORTH THE HIKE!!

An awesome experience in every way!
This was an excellent experience and I highly recommend it! My husband and I were on a cruise and this excursion was perfect for us. The tour guide, Michael, picked us up along with other passengers at the cruise port and made sure we were able to return to the ship in ample time. Michael was a pleasure to explore with. He is so knowledgeable about the country... not only is he so interesting but also amusing. He keeps his tour group to a minimum, so don't hesitate to book with him if you have the opportunity, you'll be so glad you did!

Although it is a long day...
Although it is a long day as there are many KMs to cover, this trip shows a lovely outlook of the NZ landscape with its beautiful rolling green hills with and without native bush, and the beautiful sea views of NZ's many beautiful beaches mostly accompanied with our beautiful pohutakawa tree. This is what makes NZ so unique compared to the rest of the world with the time to chill out and take in the big space. However, Cape Reinga has its own special place, not only being the most northern point in NZ but it is a very spiritual place and there is a sense of calmness here when you visit it. You also see the Tasman sea and Pacific Ocean meat at a triangular point. - It is a very special place. Other entertaining things are the sandunes, driving on the sand along 90 mile beach, finding and eating Tuatua (pipi) and having a laugh. Our driver Willie, was amazing. He entertained us pretty much for the entire day with history of area and jokes and singing. We also learnt a couple of maori songs. A great day
