Real-life Jamaican experience

Really fun and you take part in many different things. The drive is about and hour, but beautiful and interesting. The village is great because you are seeing the "real" Jamaica. Just what we wanted. While in the village we went on an ATV ride, had a lovely lunch, and went to the swimming hole. We just put our feet in but a lot of people from the village were coming to the river. Our driver/guide Junior was good.

Long excursion but worth every penny.

Let me first state that this is a long day excursion. We left our hotel at 8am and got back at 7:30pm. Our first stop was Black River falls. There were about 6 crocs and several birds. This experience was very informative. The second stop was YS Falls. This place is so beautiful. I wish we could have stayed here longer. We only stayed an hour. The final stop was the Appleton Estate. Here we were served our lunch and did the rum tasting. There was also a tour of property. Petal was our guide for the whole. She was amazingly funny and informative. Our driver was great. We hit a rain storm on the way back to Negril.

The transportation service was excellent! They were incredibly accommodating and made us feel like they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible in Jamaica. They took the time to ask about our plans, check in on what we wanted to do, and let us know when they had availability for additional activities. They were flexible, helpful, and always willing to work with us to make things happen. They were also punctual and reliable, so we never had to worry about being left waiting or figuring out transportation on our own. Their communication was great, and they made getting from place to place smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our vacation. It was refreshing to have transportation that felt personal rather than just a ride from one destination to another. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate us really added to our overall experience. I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend their service to anyone visiting Jamaica. They helped make our trip even more enjoyable!

I give this a five star plus it's a great experience it's a great alternative to sitting in the airport waiting on your flights to come it's a beautiful Lounge very comfortable and spacious it has food it has drinks it has lots of comfortability to it I really recommend this as an eternity to sitting in the dreary airport waiting on your flight

Captain Pierce made her birthday unforgettable.

Captain Pierce was amazing! He was hilarious and shared information about the different flowers and limestone along the way. We did this for her birthday, and she loved every minute of it. They decorated the raft with her name and balloons in her favorite color, which made it even more special. She even got to steer the bamboo raft and really enjoyed that! The river was beautiful, and the whole experience was amazing. Definitely recommend it, and we would love to return!

The tour itself was...

The tour itself was great, and we really enjoyed the experience. However, the communication and customer service leading up to the tour were very disappointing. The pricing through Viator was not communicated clearly. We were initially told the cost was $270, only to be contacted the day before the tour and told that an additional $260 was still owed. That is a significant additional amount that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. The full price of the tour, including any remaining balance that will be due, needs to be disclosed upfront and clearly communicated before tickets or confirmations are sent. Customers should not be surprised with an additional charge the day before their scheduled tour. Great tour overall, but the communication and transparency regarding pricing definitely need improvement.

7-Mile- Rick’s Cafe 26

First our driver Dewey was great. He was running a little late which was not an issue. Once he arrived he called and meet us in the hotel. He apologized which again was not necessary. We then left and headed to our first stop which was Margaritaville for 7 mile beach. We spent 2 hours there in the water and did a little shopping. Then we headed to our finale stop. This was Rick’s Cafe. Service was good and food was even better. I even braved the cliffs and jumped off both the 25’ and 35’ ones there. Are the weather began to change Dewey called and we left to avoid any problems getting back to our hotel which was on the other side of the Island.

Great Time

Chukka was fun and exciting. The workers was super helpful funny & entertaining. Adrian checked us in and explained the process very helpful also did rum tasting as well with him. Richie & Deangelo I believe (I can't remember) was super fun & informative for ziplining. Horseback riding was good as well. We were able to do every excursion even the catamaran which was also a time 🥳 will return if I go back to Jamaica & will recommend to anyone who's traveling there.

Awesome drivers!

Drivers were prompt, friendly and welcoming - wonderful experience! The only down side was an issue with the Viator App - I booked a round trip to cover the start and end of my trip, however, after we got to the resort from the airport, the booking showed up as a "past event" and there were no notifications or updates regarding the return trip back to the airport. I ended up having to call viator twice and each time the call took more than 15 minutes to get resolved. Should be an easy fix on the app to avoid unnecessary stress for travellers.

Fun!! You won’t regret

Booked all our excursions with Hassani and it was the BEST decision! From bamboo rafting to the Hip Strip, Seven Mile Beach, Rick’s Cafe, Blue Hole, and the Rasta Farm—everything was seamless and unforgettable. He was kind, professional, and made sure we experienced the best food Jamaica has to offer. He explained everything along the way and made us feel completely taken care of. I’ll definitely be using him again—he’ll even be guiding my niece when she visits. Highly recommend!
