In the heart of Stockport, an immersive experience awaits at the Gin School, where you’ll have the opportunity to craft your very own gin. Begin your journey with a welcome double gin and tonic, followed by a guided tour of the distillery. At your personal still, select from a variety of botanicals to create a unique gin recipe under the guidance of our expert distiller. While your gin distills, enjoy additional tastings of our full range, culminating in the bottling and labeling of your creation. This intimate session, limited to just six stills, ensures personalized attention and a memorable experience, complete with a final tasting of your handcrafted gin.

It’s pure pistachio heaven, we are the only one offering a Pistachio Lovers Italian Dinner in the North West Area. It' a special culinary experience created for Pistachio LOVERS, three-course set menu. There are two savoury antipasti to choose from; arancino stuffed with cheese, served with a creamy pistachio sauce and topped with parmesan and pistachio flakes, and pistachio cannolicchi - small savoury cannoli filled with fresh Sicilian ricotta served with a pistachio pesto sauce. There are three mains to choose from; tagliatelle served with creamy pistachio pesto, mortadella and parmesan, gnocchi with creamy pistachio, basil and peanut pesto with parmesan, and ravioli filled with creamy sheep's ricotta and spinach in a homemade pistachio sauce topped with pistachio flakes. For dessert, you can choose from brioche gelato sandwich, layered pistachio cake, cannolo stuffed with pistachio cream, or the legendary pistachio gelato.

During this two hour Wine Tasting Dinner, our sommelier will lead the class through the background and concepts of Sicilian wine: the main types and styles of wine, grapes, and terroir; after which, you will learn about assessing wine quality and ageing, and the principles of food and wine pairing. To wrap up the class, we’ll share ideas and opinions of what we’ve experienced over a classic shot of limoncello. The aim of this class is to put Sicilian winemaking into the spotlight. Sicily has a wonderfully rich and yet mysterious culture of producing wine over the centuries, and although some of the wines are relatively common, little is known about the stories behind the labels. We hope this class will give you a new perspective on Sicilian wine, and that the wines will forever have their place in your glass, on your table, and in your hearts.
