For water sports fans frustrated by a typical diving experience with all sorts of equipment, freediving is a liberating alternative, where you dive on your own, with practiced breathing. In this essential beginner freediving course, you gain the skills to dive up to 20 meters (65.5 feet), all without the use of tanks. Over the 2.5-day course, you master breathing techniques, practice relaxing underwater, and try pool sessions before your open water dives.

Refreshments will be served onboard while traveling about 11 kilometers to the dolphin sighting area. (Dolphins are seasonal and sightings are not guaranteed) After dolphin watching, guests will travel to Balicasag Island to transfer to a small paddleboat with a local tour guide. This private tour includes all necessary equipment, hotel pickup from Tagbilaran and Panglao areas, and a home-cooked Filipino dinner at the kayak station.
