Once you arrive at the port, please exit the cruise ship, and make your way to the main cruise port gate, you can also ask the port information desk for ATV island and they will show you where the gate is. Once at the gate, ask for Julio ATV island and advise you have an online reservation, he will then shuttle you to the rental. If staying at a hotel, please let us know hotel name, so we can coordinate pick up.

- Driver must have driver license. Passengers must be able sit up on their own.

Good experience with the rental. They picked me up outside the port and the location was 5 minutes away. Had an issue with the ATM but it was resolved quickly. Julio, the owner, went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure we were satisfied. Customer service A+. Had to stop to add gas. ATM was a little old.

ATVs are very old llike mid 90s. Tires on them do not have any thread. Very very dangerous. We had terrible experience. Don't go there. Pick different operators.

When we got to the rental place, the ATV had a flat tire. We waited around until it got fixed (We were there early so it's not like someone returned it with a flat). The vehicle itself was not road worthy. After about 10 minutes on the road, the throttle started acting up. I'd give it gas to merge into traffic and it would sputter , then accelerate. This got progressively worse and reached the point where we felt it was unsafe to drive. We parked it and called the place. They seemed unfamiliar with where we were, (It's a pretty small island and we were heading to the airport to watch planes land.) Anyway, about 45 minutes later they brought a replacement. While this one didn't have the same problem with acceleration, it was MISSING the heat shield on the right side where my leg calf muscle was. So my leg was about 1 foot away from the exhaust pipe. Many times I had to put my leg up on the fender to get it away from the heat. I mentioned this when I returned the vehicle and the person gave a half smile, knowing what I was talking about. So no, I can't recommend this place.

Had a reservation, got to the facility and had to wait until they attended the one's without a reservation, by the time the got to me they only had a four track left that was in a very bad condition. It did not have the back brakes working and the battery cable were loose. Imagine driving a four track on a steep hill without back brakes and having to act as a mechanic everytime you stop because the four track would not start without it having the battery cables moved from side to side.

Did the self drive quad bike and loved this as an activity but map we were given was not good so suggest google maps as a better option. Also our quad didn’t have any wing mirrors so made driving on main roads a bit tricker but over all had a great time and quad was surprisingly comfortable for 2!

We rented 5 ATV’s for a group of 9 & we all had a blast!!! Our tour guide Joe Joe was AMAZING! We had specific things on our agenda that we wanted to do

This ride was not what we were expecting at all! We rode an ATV on 2 lane asphalt roads all the way around the island, along with the tour buses, minivans, trucks, cars & speeding motorcycles! It was stressful to say the least.
We were expecting to ride along sandy or dirt trails from beach to beach, with time to enjoy the water.
We stopped at 3 different beaches, but did not have time to swim or stay long.
The best part of the tour was our guide Saul… he was a sweet, quiet young man and was very patient with us. He also took us to the airport to watch the jets land & take off.

We rented 6 ATVs for 11 people, 3 being small children. Each of the 6 had starting problems when we stopped and one completely failed to start. Luckily we had a phone that called international and called. They brought us a replacement, but we wasted well over an hour, a real inconvenience with small kids. The other issue is traffic is very bad and we spent significant time sitting on the road unable to freely tour the island.

Daniel, Sorry to hear you had to wait for us to bring you a replacement, which we do anytime any vehicle has an issue. Also, as you may know, traffic is not in our hands, it’s a small island with small roads, and traffic is a given.
We thank you for the feedback and hope that your next trip to Sint Maarten is a better one. We would recommend a tour next time, with a guide. Will get you around island quicker.

Seeing the island on an ATV is something everyone should do to get a local feel. It’s a lot better than staying in the “hotel” area.

We booked this trip through TripAdvisor because it wasn't offered through our cruise ship. We had an absolute blast touring the island. There are several spots to stop off and see the sites. Best place to have lunch and drinks is at Mullet Bay. Julio was the best. We will definitely do this again when we return

The minute we made our way outside the cruise port Julio was right there ready to escort us to our shuttle. Which was just a short 5 min ride over to ATV island where our ATV was ready and waiting for us. The process was super smooth and we were quickly on our way to explore. We are pretty heavy set and this vehicle fit us both comfortably and we felt safe. We saw the entire island and even had time to relax at Maho beach and watch the planes fly over us. All in all don’t even hesitate to book this they’re great and the process is smooth, I recommend 1000% and I will definitely be returning next time I’m in St. Marteen.

Michael was great. It was awesome spending the day riding through the city. I felt like we were able to experience all of Saint Martin. Not just the pretty ocean views. We did it at the beginning of our stay so we would have ideas to return to that we liked on the way. Highly recommend making sure you have a guide if you have never been to Saint Martins

The ability to go at our own pace. Stopping when we wanted to so various areas around the island. Stopping at beach by airport to see planes land and take off a few feet above us.
Julio was fantastic.

Anthony was a great tour guide. We preferred the mountain riding and suggest that over the beaches. Orient Beach was a disappointment since the hurricane caused so much damage. Would do it again!

We did the unguided tour and it was amazing. Julio was our driver to and from the resort and he showed us how to work the equipment and what places to visit around the island. He was awesome and super nice. If you plan to rent from them ask for Julio!!! You will not regret it :)
