Wait at the Welcome Center for driver to arrive. Call Viator if you don’t get a text and they will give you information about your driver.
Awesome way to get to your hotel or vice versa. On time , comfortable , clean , large van . Driver communicates well. Frequent texts , reminders . Pickup is at the Welcome center two floors below arrival level. It’s important to read text messages to keep updated.
It should be clear the pick up point @ LGA, Terminal B. After baggage claim, go to welcome center located @ ground floor to meet the driver.
Had to wait 1 hr for driver because there was another welcome center next to baggage claim @ terminal B.

After getting the pick up point wrong, they worked with me and were able to adjust. We were very pleased with the space and professional service.
Booked a transfer from LGA to hotel. They did not show up. Called and gave my booking reference which was paid. They said they did not have it and could not help us. Very stressful after a long flight.
Go Airlink canceled the shuttle for us because my flight was late and I kept messaging to say it was being delayed more and more. And then they said we were no shows and canceled. I had already paid.
The communication with my rider was great. He was patient with the process, my plane was delayed. He was professional and a good driver.
I had booked trip from LaGuardia to Manhattan two months in advance. One day before my trip Viator cancelled my reservation; after they had took full payment from me. I had to make other last minute reservations with another company, resulting in a very higher cost. Viator’s excuse was they did not come past 72nd ave inManhattan, we are at 77nd. They knew this for two months.
We Struggled to determine where exactly to get picked up. Once accomplished the, trip was perfect……..
We had no air conditioning and the temperature was over 100 degrees! We also didn’t receive a lot of help loading our baggage.
The driver was very nice, but the vehicle was old and I was given a single seat in the rear that was also reserved for luggage. This is not what I expected and it was not comfortable.
Unable to use service due to the fact our plane was diverted to a different airport. We were supposed to land at LaGuardia but actually landed at JFK 2 hours late
It was a great experience. Thanks to Denis, the driver, for calling me and I was able to talk to him. He seems like a nice guy. The van was clean and smells good. We arrived at our destination safely and sound.

Flight waited 20 minutes to let us off the plane. They waited for us and were very communicative in getting us to shuttle.
My flight got in 30.minutes early and I had to wait 1.5 hours for my. The directions also sent me to the wrong place. My stop was first, so that was great.

They never arrived to the designated area. And when we called they were arriving three hours after our flight.

The driver picked us up at the airport and he was there when we landed. He helped us with our luggage and dropped us off at the entrance of the hotel. He was friendly and polite.
Our transfer was fantastic. He called right after we landed to touch base. The company was great at communicating. I would most definitely use them again.
Well I got dropped off at the end of a street that crosses with my hotel and told me to walk up the street (luggage and all) because supposedly it’s closed but yet cars were coming down the ONE WAY street. It’s only a 5 min walk he said and pointed. Also took over 40 min for the shuttle to arrive
The cell phone app has a button to notify a driver that you are at the pickup point and ready to be picked up. The button would not work, even after rebooting the phone. I had to call the listed support number. There was a 10 minute wait. I was then told the driver would be there in 30 minutes, which he was. On a good note, the driver was friendly and courteous. The traffic was heavy from LGA to Midtown, but I did not get charged a congestion fee, at least.
Read the instructions on your ticket carefully before you leave. You need to call when you arrive. There will be about 15 passengers that need dropping off at different stops. We ended up getting off the van at an earlier stop and taking an Uber the rest of the way.
Your baggage will get tumbled during driving, so keep any backpacks in your lap. Do not let the driver take a backpack or personal bag and put it in baggage. We lost earbuds and sunglasses to the trunk with shifting baggage/rapid accel/hard stops. Traceable earbuds drove all over the city until they stopped - presumptively in the finder's apartment.
Our driver was abrasive. We took an Uber the rest of the way. The Uber was great.
Booking this in advance was a great time saver and provided less stress after a lengthy flight. Price was economical and driver was well versed in the area. I recommend using this service.
