It was very pleasant ride around the city and see all the historic museums and monuments in Liverpool, besides we enjoyed to do hop on and hop off and get wonderful pictures.

Tommy and Joe provided an excellent tour of the Beatles areas of Liverpool. They were quite fun and very informative. They even took the time to take photos of us at Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields.

Joe & Jim were awesome tour guide and driver. We sang, almost danced and had the most wonderful day at Liverpool because of this tour. Awesome!

All i can say is wow! We had a great time with our tour guide Tommy and driver Joe. Tommy was very knowledgeable and passionate about his home town and clearly loves his job. We got to see Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields as well as some of the Beatles family homes. We can totally recommend this tour and if you get this dream team, you are in for a great time

This tour is a must for any music fan, not just Beatles fans. The tour guide - Julie - talked about the entire music scene and the influences from the Memphis music. Excellent tour!

The driver and host were great, the latter enthusiastic, entertaining, and knowledgeable. One problem is there were only two stops to picture-take and see up close: Abbey Road corner to take a photo of or with the street sign, and Strawberry Fields to walk to. All else just drive-bys, mostly "blink and you'll miss it" kinds, pointing out 3 of the Beatles' homes "down that street" or around that corner though you can't see it. But for the price, a nice little excursion that included some interesting tidbits.
The rough part for me was the RUDE and bullying ticket sales/authorizing woman. She was utterly mean, hateful, bullying, as she harassed and humiliated me. All because I waited on the wrong side of the building--a side two of the staffers pointed me to when I arrived an hour earlier. Approximately 50 minutes after I arrived, I heard this woman (wish I'd gotten her name) speaking with people on the opposite side of the building and realized it was where people were lining up. When I spoke with her, she just responded, "too bad," in a rude and hateful manner, and sent me to the end of the line. About 5 minutes later, just as we were boarding, a group of 5 pushed in front of me, saying they were with the woman ahead of me. The "ticket woman" saw them but said nothing. As we neared the bus and I tried to stand my ground, the huge man in the group of 5 line-cutters shoved me--yes, SHOVED me--to the side and got in.
When I finally boarded, I told the ticket woman she was rude. I did not curse or call her a name. I just said, "you're very rude." She then followed me onto the bus, stopped me and barked, "Stand right there while the driver and I decide if we should let you board." She proceeded to yell and berate me; she asked the other bus riders if she was rude. No one answered, though people may have shook their heads as I was too embarrassed to look. She then "brought me" over to the bus driver to ask if she wanted me on her bus. The driver was actually very kind and seemed embarrassed, herself, that the ticket woman was behaving the way she was. On the trip, itself, she kept checking with me to see how I was doing (I was fighting tears the entire time), and as I left, she apologized to me for what had happened.

fantastic and very engaging. A really enjoyable trip with some hilarious stories !
Anthony_O, Oct 2025
Tommy and Joe are brilliant, singing beatles songs, telling us snippets about the fab four & local stories that only Scousers would know. This tour is a MUST DO in Liverpool
Hannah_C, Sept 2025
Very rushed and unorganized, unable to take proper pictures, narration was very garbled, he catered more to the upstairs crowd, music very loud, very disappointing,
Maureen_A, Sept 2025
Our guide was great! Very knowledgeable about Beatles. He sang and played guitar on board the bus. But there isn’t much to see on the trip.
Janie_M, Sept 2025
This was probably the best tour ever because of our tour guide Dani and our driver Joe! Dani was so informative and entertaining. He not only told us so much info on the Beatles and other things but he also played the guitar and sang some of the songs. He was so funny and when we stopped to take pictures bothering he and Joe took pictures of us for us. Loved them both along with this tour. Very worth the price.
Irene_F, Sept 2025

Greg_a, Sept 2025
It was a bit cold up top. There was a great tour guide and it was very interesting and interactive. I felt like it was worth the money and I would recommend this particular trip to others.
Marianne_D, Sept 2025
The bus was on time. Both the driver and the guide were super friendly and funny. The tour was informative and great for Beatles fans. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Mark_G, Sept 2025
The tour was charming, lots of facts and interesting stories about each Beatle. The driver was excellent and our guide was so kind with genuine enthusiasm for all things Beatles!! This made it a very special time. Also he sang Ain’t She Sweet on the Ukulele.
Kathleen_M, Aug 2025

Guide from Liverpool

This was a really good time! This was not a hop-on-hop-off bus in the traditional sense, as I had originally thought. It was bus tour where participants had frequent opportunities to get off the bus for photo ops. The guide did a great job of keeping things interesting and relevant, and engaged both riders on the top deck as well as the lower deck. This activity was particularly enjoyable after my husband and I had done a walking tour of the downtown area, whereas this tour went a bit further afield. Fun time for Beatles fans!
Shannon_W, Jul 2025
The bus was sooooo hot. In fairness, it was a recording breaking heat wave, but we were incredibly uncomfortable. The tour guide was very informative and we learned a lot about the Beatles and some of the history of their songs. The stops seemed a bit lack luster. I think it would have been more enjoyable if it wasn’t so hot.
