Fun guided trip around Liverpool ending with free entry to The Cavern club listening to live music. Our guide Charlie and driver Dave were great. Learned loads of interesting facts on the trip. A must for Beatles fans.
We had a car and initially planned to drive ourselves to all the Beatles-related spots, but we were so glad we decided to join the Beatles Magical Mystery Tour instead! Our tour guide, Del, was wonderfully friendly, entertaining, and full of fascinating anecdotes and insights that brought Liverpool’s Beatles history to life. And leaving the driving—and especially the parking—to Dennis was worth the price of the tour alone!
A couple of Beatles sites are not included on the tour: the older Penny Lane sign and St Peter’s Church, where John and Paul first met and where you’ll find the Eleanor Rigby headstone. We visited both on our own, along with Liverpool Cathedral.
The tour finishes near The Cavern Club and includes a voucher for free entry, which made spending time in the legendary club a perfect way to end the day.
Leave the driving to Dennis and the guiding to Del—they made our Beatles day absolutely brilliant!

Brilliant bus tour past the Beatles’ family homes. Lots of interesting info, Tony our guide was fantastic relating all this to a full bus load of Beatles fan. Neal the bus driver did an amazing job driving in the sometimes busy streets .
We absolutely loved this excursion! We went with my parents and my dad is a huge Beatles fan! Due to timing we ended up having to pay to get into the Cavern club, but we still went in and had a blast. If you aren't a Beatles fan you may not love this, but then again, why would you go on it? Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time with Magical Mystery Tours hosted by Del and Driver Ross. Del was very imformative and gave time for everyone to get their photos. Enjoyed after The Craven with live music Highly recommend.
If you know the Beatles, you'll know 90% of what the guide tells you. It's interesting to see the authentic things, like George's childhood home, Strawberry Field, and Penny Lane

This was a fun tour around Liverpool as we listened to Beatles hits and visited their homes and places they sing about in their music i.e. Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields. Our guide was very informative and had a personal connection to the Beatles. Such a fun afternoon singing along to the music and learning some Beatles history. Highly recommend
It was such a wonderful experience especially for The Beatles fan like my mother who is 81 years old. She enjoyed it too much as we did too. Our tour guide spoke very clearly and he knew all the key information about The Beatles. We highly recommend this.
I was five minutes late for my early tour due to not reading the instructions correctly of the meeting place. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise as I met several families and became friends with one of the couples son. He was such great fun. He would sing and strong the guitar air guitar and we just had overall a blast.

Absolutely great fun, excellent information about all the Beatles from Tony, our guide. Taken to all the famous spots like Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields. Tour finished at The Cavern Club with free drink and souvenir postcard. Carl, our driver, was incredible getting us around and through some tight spots. Great Beatles Playlist on the bus. Bus ride was comfortable and included several Beatles tunes (including some deeper cuts). Robin (guide) and Ross (driver) did a great job and were very enthusiastic about the Beatles.
We tried to cancel our earlier morning excursion because our ship didn’t arrive in port until afterwards. All other tours were booked and we were refused a refund although advertising stated we could cancel up until a day ahead. The staff were firm and told us to contact the tour office which we did when we arrived only to be told no refund. They told us to contact our travel insurance for help in getting a refund. We are disappointed that they were not helpful.
This was so much fun! Our guide was phenomenal and now the Beatles songs have a total different place in my heart. Thanks so much for all of the great stories.
