Very well deserved granted and congratulations interesting. The coach driver got us close to all of our stops and everyone was able to walk the short distances. The coach was lovely and clean. Easy off and on. We opted to stay in town and walked back to ship after some shopping and eating. About a 15 minute walk. Loved Liverpool. Loved having only 15 people in our tour.

I was 16 years old when the Beatles came to America for the Ed Sullivan show -- which changed music as we knew it. The Beatles and had a major influence on our lives in other ways as well. To visit the places were they grew up, to see the things and places that influenced them (and their music) was both exciting and awe-inspiring. Our tour guide gave us a lot of background stories that we will remember for a long time. EXCELLENT tour!

This is a lovely review and all our guides are passionate about the Beatles and love retelling the story to people who are passionate too, which you clearly are. When the Beatles stopped at Arhnem on the way to Hamburg they stopped at a memorial that said ..There name will live on for evermore which referred to the brave men who lost there lives in World War Two, however it can also reflect the fact that these 4 brilliant musicians names will live on for evermore. Simon was our tour guide. He is full of knowledge and it was fun being quizzed by him about Beatle trivia. We learned so much. It was relaxing and a very smooth tour. We covered so much. We sang and laughed and he offered to take our pictures everywhere we stopped!!! We were fortunate because it was a small tour.
I can’t remember the drivers name at this time but he was very professional, opened our doors and helped us out. He was very friendly and his driving was impeccable!!

It is a great experience especially for people who are the fan of the beatles. Rob is very knowledgeable in both the history of Liverpool and the history of beatles. Rob gave a detailed history of the beatles and the story of the band.

Whether you are a Beatle-file, or just an interested fan, this IS the Beatles tour you want to take in Liverpool. Phil was a TERRIFIC tour guide!! We have been cruising for 20 years and have had a LOT of guides. The key to being a good guide of course is the ability to spin a good story, and Phil is a master. I am sure he is an amazing school teacher. This tour EXCEDED our expectations. We were picked up at the cruise terminal. The plush Mercedes Benz van was VERY comfortable. There was a designated driver and Phil sat in the back with us 4 passengers, relaying all the history and stories of the Beatles. We not only stopped at all the homes and numerous places on Penny Lane, but we stopped at: the church hall (and got to go inside) where John Lenon's early bandmates the Quarryman practiced; visited the graveyard where an Eleanor Rigby is buried and the "boys" (Paul and John) would catch a cigarette; visited the former site of the Strawberry Fields Orphanage and current Museum (admission included) dedicated to the Beatles; and ended the tour on Mathew's Street and the Cavern Club, where the Beatles got discovered by Brian Epstein, their long time manager. A jam-packed four hours!!!! Thank you Phil!!!!

This was the best Beatles tour ever! My daughter and I are mega Beatles fans and even we learned some new things!! My daughter was the youngest person on the tour and the guide made her feel very special and wanted to make sure she would continue the Beatles legacy!! We got to see pretty much everything (minus George’s house which doesn’t allow buses to get to) and we even got to step inside the very church where John and Paul met! What an amazing day :)
