Passing the picturesque old adobe drying sheds, we arrive at the delightful farm of Cielo Verde for our wine tasting. Cielo Verde means “Green Sky” and it’s named for its location in an enclave of hills extending up into the Yungas cloud forest, and the famous Cuesta del Obispo (the road to Cachi). You will also have free time and lunch. Finally, we will start the return to the City of Salta Capital along the same path, making some additional technical stops.
