The actual tour was great. However it was almost impossible to find the location, it was a struggle to get down the beach and there was no "blue tent" that said BMC like the instructions said, we finally found a random person with a BMC tshirt that was able to help us. We had passes 2 months in advance and they were letting walk ups go ahead of us so we had to wait an hour and a half with no shade and no place to sit. All in all I would have rather walked up and paid in person and jump right on a jetski then to have to wait.

Paying online doesn’t mean you can come anytime and just jump on the jet skis , we do give our online booking first priority but you have to communicate a time first .

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Came to the meeting spot and was told to come back at a certain time, we came back before the time and was told again that we would have to wait another 40 minutes which wouldn’t work because of the time our cruise ship was leaving. They let people who came after us go before us and telling us to go get a refund. I should have known better not to book this crap based on the reviews. There should be an option to leave a zero star rating. Waste of time. DONT BOOK THIS CRAP!

I was very nervous because they had a clause in the agreement that if the jet ski tips over, it’s a $300 fee which I never saw that anywhere else that I’ve gone jet skiing but it was an OK trip. You just drive up along the beach with the guy there’s nothing to it really

I would NOT book this excursion if you are cruising to this port. We waited for 3 hours for these guys to show up, just to tell us that they were actually closed and were unaware of our booking. This caused us to miss out on our other plans/excursions for the day. We lost over $200 on our other plans. The guys were very nice, but this was really unprofessional.

It’s embarrassing that , we scheduled a time for 2:30 after communication and we did the tour.
we give your group a whole 1hour when you only paid for 35 minutes, you enjoy the tour and took pictures/videos .
Now your on viator requesting a refund after you experience the whole tour .
If your time was tie up it was best that we cancelled so you can have done your other tours

We were told that we would first be guided out into the water and then have time to ride around. That did not happen! We were taken out into the ocean and back to the shore in under 20 mins when we paid for 30 mins. The guide also made it very difficult for others to keep up as the waves and weather wasn't the best but that was not an excuse to the disorganization my group experienced.

BMC Watersports provides a guided tour to maintain Safey on our guest and less damages on equipment ,however all guest receive brief instructions before our tour.
While tour operates we make it our priority that all our guest enjoys the tour, due to weather which can't be control we often carry our guest to different locations to enjoy their ride.

We were supposed to go jet skiing in the sea next to where our cruise ship was docked. The seas were very choppy that day so the tour guides messaged us that they would pick us up from the port and take us to another spot.
They took us to the north creek, where we parked we couldn’t see anything but once we walked over the hill we were welcomed with the most fantastic views of the creek, the inlet and the sea.
They took us from a sandbank along the inlet into the creek, it was phenomenal! The creek was very big with lots of room to enjoy. There were shipwrecks in various locations that made the tour breathtaking.
The tour guides Emanuel, Cameron and Nehemiah were so friendly, engaging and dedicated to what they were doing.
Thoroughly enjoyed this experience thanks to the guys, even more so enjoyed this creek than if we had ended up on the sea I think.

The water was so beautiful and warm! Our guides were cool and quickly came to our rescue when we somehow fell off the jet ski :-/ They were very responsive when we reached out for instructions. 10/10 recommend!
