Top Beyin How to Get Around

Booking this experience is not just a tour — it’s a journey into one of Ghana’s most remarkable living cultures. Your adventure begins with a peaceful walk through forest paths and wetlands, where the air cools, the sounds soften, and the outside world slowly fades away. As you cross wooden bridges over shimmering water, you’ll arrive at the canoe landing, where your guides welcome you aboard for a scenic boat ride across Lake Tadane. Gliding over the water, you’ll watch the village rise ahead of you — homes, schools, and walkways standing gracefully on stilts, floating between sky and reflection. The approach alone feels like stepping into another world. Once inside the village, you’ll explore its narrow wooden walkways, visit the local school and church, and meet residents who have lived on this lake for generations. You’ll hear the origin story of Nzulezu, learn how the community survives entirely on fishing and craftsmanship.
