In a place in the Valle d'Itra that is not only a winery but a symbol of authenticity, you will discover the values of the territory through a tour between environmental sustainability and innovation. All the products in the tasting come from nearby farms. The experience is aimed at an adult audience.

This experience takes place in a beautiful private countryside villa and combines authentic Apulian cooking, traditional hospitality, and a refined dining atmosphere. Unlike standard cooking classes, guests will prepare at least 3 traditional pasta types by hand and enjoy a full traditional dinner with local wine in a more intimate and premium setting designed to offer a deeper connection with the real Puglia.

In addition to learning how to make fresh orecchiette pasta with a local grandmother, you will enjoy a complete gastronomic experience. During dinner, you will taste typical local products such as crunchy frise, local cheeses, delicious panzerotti, and of course the orecchiette you prepared together. Everything is accompanied by three glasses of local wine, for a true journey into the flavors of Salento.

You can select our already defined menu or if you prefer we can customize or adjust them for vegetarian, vegan, celiac or any other need.

Immersed in a centuries-old olive grove, you will have the almost unique opportunity to walk in the vineyards of Ottavianello, Impigno and Francavidda, minor vines that have almost disappeared, and to visit the medieval hypogeum.

In this experience, perfect for both adults and children, you will learn how to cook pizza with us by cooking it in our wood-fired oven and tiramisù, drinking local wine and listening good music! You will be welcomed by me and my parents in our house in the countryside a few kilometers from Ostuni. After the cooking lesson we will have lunch together enjoying the tranquility of the Apulian countryside. Some of the ingredients that we will use (such as the tomato sauce or some vegetables) are self-produced so sometimes the pizza may be different depending on the season.
