Across the road from Franklin House is the St. James’ Anglican Church, built in 1845 and shares history with the house.

Light meals and refreshments like tea and scones are available in the tearoom.

Like other heritage buildings, some rooms inside Franklin House may not be suitable for wheelchairs or strollers.

Franklin House has an on-site gift shop should you want a souvenir.
