With my 20+ years of home cooking experience, I am happy to offer Hand-rolled sushi, a very popular Japanese dish available only at home, not in restaurants! I very much care about the FRESHNESS of LOCAL ingredients, such as rice and seaweed harvested in Kobe, and I make sure that those ingredients are prepared with traditional Japanese tools.

At the Izushi Eirakukan in the castle town of Izushi, which looks good in kimono, we will wear a kimono and take a photo. First of all, you will slowly choose your favorite kimono from more than 100 types of kimono, and the dresser will dress it. Professional photographers are on standby at Izushi Eirakukan. At Pearl House, located in the historic Kitano Ijinkan district in Kobe, you can enjoy a pearl crafting experience. In this experience, guests choose their favorite pearl one by one and enjoy learning the process of pearl sorting, drilling, and finishing while creating their own original accessory. You can take home your handmade accessory as a special memory of Kobe.

Mukonoso Station is 15 minutes by regular train from the popular Hankyu Umeda Station. The studio is located in a quiet residential area on the south side of Mukonoso Station. It is a 5-minute walk from the station. I will paint a combination of Japanese characters “Kanji” and “rose flower” in color. After practicing on drawing paper with acrylic paint using samples of works as reference, students will draw on the material, so beginners do not need to worry. The teacher, who is active in Japan, will teach you carefully. Several wooden materials will be prepared for you to choose from. You can take your finished work home and enjoy using it.

You can enjoy an authentic tea ceremony experience in a traditional Japanese room. The session includes a professional demonstration, tasting of matcha tea, and a hands-on experience of making matcha yourself. As an option, you can also enjoy the experience while wearing a kimono.

Experience making a handmade ring by hammering the texture using the Japanese traditional style called "Tankin."
