In the café space modernized with bamboo, participants will make Nerikiri, which is called the art of confectionery. The instructor is Yoshi Higuchi, the 13th-generation owner of a Japanese confectionery store with over 400 years of history and tradition. After making beautiful wagashi, enjoy them with matcha (powdered green tea) prepared by Master Yoshi.
