Top Chiba Prefecture Port Pickup in 2026

This private tour is not just a sushi-making class, but a story-driven journey through the city that created Edomae sushi. Begin in Nihonbashi, where Edo’s fish market culture once flourished, then explore the Edo-Tokyo Museum to understand the waterways, merchants, and everyday food culture that shaped old Tokyo. The highlight is a hands-on sushi-making experience at Yoshida Sushi in Kabukicho, where guests wear a happi coat, learn from sushi staff, enjoy photo opportunities, and taste sushi according to the selected plan. The Regular Plan is based on Yoshida Sushi’s Premium Masterclass, while the Luxury Plan features a VIP omakase-style experience with sake pairing and special touches. End the day at Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai for relaxed food-culture shopping, with an optional Toyosu Market visitor-area stop before 5:00 p.m. when the market is open.
