A Very Nice Visit

We enjoyed our tour of Justicia Village. Tour guides gave us lots of insight into village life and everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming.

Fun and educational tour off the beaten track

This was a very educational and enjoyable experience. We visited Happy Homes Preschool with precious children being cared for by loving teachers in a very rural area. We met a traditional doctor who uses plants and extracts from plants to help heal ailments. There was a talented group of men and women singers who harmonized beautifully. Finally, we were brought to a nicely set table where we were shown how to make pap, a thick cornmeal dish that is a staple of the people’s diet along with a few other traditional foods. We really enjoyed ourselves and learned a lot. We appreciated the convenience of being picked up at 9 and returned at 1300 to our resort.
