Horrible experience with these renters. We were a family of 8 and rented two carts. The electric cart began slowly down within an hour of the rental. We had to stop our exploring of the island and was on our way to return the cart when it completely stopped. We were on the side of the road in the heat for 30 minutes before help from R&B arrived. They brought replacement carts which we didn’t ask for, at that point our day was ruined and we all wanted to return to the cruise port. The gentleman who brought the 4 seat replacement told part of our group that the electric cart should not have been rented out because it had been rented earlier that day and “she” should have known better. As our day was ruined we requested a refund for the 4 seater from viator and the agent told us that since we were interrupted by the broken down cart that she was putting in a refund request for both carts. R&B denied the refund and stated they sent replacements so they rectified the problem. I told the woman we rented from that we would be returning the carts which we did straight after they gave us the replacements. It took us 21 minutes to get back to their location near the cruise port. I know because I had it up on my gps. We were disappointed with the entire experience as we were so excited to explore Grand Turk. I later noticed a text from R&B asking me to confirm I received the replacements. I responded that we didn’t need replacements and was clear that we needed to be rescued from the side of the road and returned the carts immediately after that happened. I was then called a liar, problematic, with paragraphs of texts going on and on about “people like me” never did they acknowledge they gave us a cart that was not fully charged and accepted no responsibility for their negligence. I won’t even go into the 6 seater with no key, that sounded like it was also going to break down at any time. Their response everyone knows they don’t need a key. Stay far away from this company!

We had an absolute blast exploring Grand Turk with R&B Golf Cart Rentals!
We rented two 6-seater golf carts for our group, and they were in perfect condition—clean, reliable, and ran smoothly the entire day. Having the 6-seaters gave us plenty of room to cruise around comfortably.
A huge shoutout to Rose, who helped get us set up. She was super friendly, efficient, and made the whole rental process smooth and quick so we could get right out on the road.
With the freedom of the carts, we were able to tour the entire island at our own pace! We made our way all the way up to the lighthouse, stopped by Pillory Beach, and spent time relaxing at Governor’s Beach. It was easily one of the best days of our trip.
If you're visiting Grand Turk, skip the crowded tours and rent from R&B—ask for Rose!

Quick 3-4 min walk from the cruise port. Greeted by friendly helpful staff. Very kind, informative. Our little buggy was pretty old and stalled out a bit. Overall great experience

Renting a golf cart was the perfect way to explore Grand Turk! Rose and R&B rentals made it so easy. The location is just outside the cruise port and super easy to find. Rose had our name and golf cart ready and could not have been sweeter. She shared a map of the island and went over all the spots to check out, and said a prayer over our family. She was so wonderful and 10/10 would recommend renting from them.

We had such a great day riding around Turks and Caicos. I cannot remember the ladies name that helped us with our golf cart but she was so very sweet and kind. Knowing I was alone with my two girls, she asked if she could pray over us before we took off on our own. She also asked since it was only three of us, if I would mind taking a four seater instead of the six seater I had originally paid for and rented. I said that was completely ok. I only got the six seater bc it's all that was left on line. Upon returning, she met us and said that she owed us some money. She gave me $40 cash back for swapping to a four seater. I didn't ask even ask for it or expect a refund. She did it all on her own, and to me, that speaks volumes! We will always rent through this company while vacationing in the Turks!!

Rose who worked for the company was very informative and kind. She gave us her number to call if any issues came up. We were provided with a map of the island which helped to navigate our way around. Golf cart had a full tank of gas. Great way to see the island!

R&B was the perfect choice! Easy to find right out the cruise ship gate. Was immediately approached by Rose who was very friendly and let us choose the cart we wanted! The 6-person golf cart was in GREAT shape and got us around the island very easily. Upon return, we headed her the keys and headed out. Too easy!!! Highly recommend R&B and this for your island exploration!!!

Everything was easy ...a member of the company meant us near the gate when leaving the port ..got us in a cart, instructions, info and on the go in less then 10min from meetup. Cart was decent, ran fine....nothing fancy, but dependable and great smooth ride.

Lack of signage makes it quite hard to find but head past car park out onto road and you find them. Enjoyable experience as plenty of carts on roads and car users are understanding.

Have to walk quite a ways out of the port to find pickup point, very confusing. Cart was very battered, wasn't sure if it would break down or not, steering wheel was broken at the top, would make a terrible squealing sound and not move when first stepping on gas pedal, explains why the cost was lower than competitors.

Golf cart of mediocre quality. Small 4 seaters with no roof for the back seat. Steering wheels had à loose from about 09:00-12:00 o’clock (4-5 inches) where nothing was happening. Breaks were so so. Golf carts were located outside of main secure area on the other side of the fence. Port security did NOT allow to go back to the secure side to pick up people who had difficulties walking. Not the fault of the golf company. Texted and wrote emails to the Golf Cart Company with ABSOLUTELY no return. Golf carts was not ready and he had to put gas into after my arrival and was looking for the gas can all over the place. I would not recommend for the price.

R&B Golf Carts was hands down one of the best parts of our day in Grand Turk! We booked last minute after everything else was sold out, and they still made it happen for us.
I even messed up my reservation and they fixed it immediately—no stress at all. They were super responsive (even late at night), easy to find in the morning, and had everything ready to go.
The carts were clean, easy to drive, and had plenty of gas for the entire day. We were able to explore the whole island and make the most of our time.
Highly recommend—if you’re in Grand Turk, book with them!

Cart ran but the brakes were bad, fender and steering wheel were broken and it backfired regularly. The horn did not work either. They guy working was nice but the cart was below average condition.

Golf cart was in poor shape with non-responsive steering wheel, low on fuel, shade not covering the back passengers. For the amount paid, it was overly priced. There were no directions on where to get it from so it was a scavenger hunt.
The golf-carts available on the port premise were much cheaper, easily accessible, and in great shape than the ones you can reserve here. The downside is that those aren't available online for reservation, only walk-in. There are abundance of carts there so the online third-party reservation was actually a bad idea.

All of our golf carts are gas-powered and maintained to a consistent standard. We do not offer different “types” of carts, and each unit is inspected prior to rental. Concerns such as steering responsiveness or fuel levels are not consistent with our operational procedures, and we would have addressed these immediately had they been brought to our attention during your rental. Additionally, clear directions from the port to our pickup location are provided to all confirmed customers. Many of our guests find the process straightforward, so we are concerned to hear that you experienced difficulty. It is also important to note that booking with us is entirely optional. We provide a pre-reservation service for customers who prefer the convenience of securing a cart in advance, rather than relying on walk-in availability. Finally, we are unable to locate your name or details in our booking records. This raises the possibility that you may have rented from a different provider. As such, your comments may not accurately reflect our service. We stand by the quality of our operations and remain committed to delivering a reliable and professional experience to all our customers.

Pick up of cart is a short walk outside the cruise terminal gate. Staff was kind and everything in working order. A much better deal than the carts inside the terminal.

I did not get instructions on where to meet and had to figure out by myself. I asked so many people if they knew this company and eventually someone told me to exit the port gate and he will be there. Once I exited the gate they had many different companies renting these, so I had to figure out who I rented from.

Hi Scot, thanks for your review. While we understand your frustration with direction, we do have on our detail information that our meeting point is just outside the cruise port gates. Also our sign is visible once you make it outside the gates.

Overall a good experience. There was a bit of a language barrier when speaking to staff upon pickup and return of golf cart. Also, area for golf cart pickup was not clearly indicated, but several people in the area were able to direct us to the right location. It was very easy to be able to pickup and return the golf cart just outside the port gate.
