Meet your guide at Marina Puerto Chico around 30 minutes before the start of your tour. From here, take a boat ride until you reach your snorkeling spot for the day, either Vieques or Icacos (depending on which option you've selected).
Here, you can start the snorkeling portion of your experience. Grab your fins, a mask, and jump into the water with a guide, who can help you identify the marine life you encounter.
After your underwater expedition, indulge in a light lunch, served with a selection of soft drinks and local rum-based drinks. Then have a bit of time to take a stroll along the beach, use the onboard waterslide, or simply relax in the sun (or in the water) before getting back on board and returning to your departure point.

Your driver will contact you the day before your tour with your pickup location and time. Transportation requires a minimum of 6 passengers. If the minimum is not met, additional charges or cancellation may apply.

- Alcohol: Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who appear excessively intoxicated.
- Before Your Tour: We recommend eating a good breakfast or meal before your snorkeling experience.
- What to Bring: Swimwear, towel, necessary medications, credit card, gratuity, and reef-conscious sun protection such as sunscreen without oxybenzone or a long-sleeve/rash guard.
- What Not to Bring: Avoid bringing valuables or anything that cannot get wet. Items brought aboard may be exposed to water, and lost items can be extremely difficult to recover. Waterproof cases, phones, cameras, and other electronic devices are brought and used at your own risk.
- Minimum Participation: A minimum number of guests is required for this tour to operate. In the unlikely event the minimum is not met, we may contact you 1–2 days before departure to offer an alternative date or a full refund.

This is so fun! They feed you well and you get a good amount of rum in each drink. The hosts were so kind and the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend! Our tour guides were Dali, she’s super funny , Amanda , she’s very kind and upbeat, and jonathan , he’s a great bar tender and a sweet guy! I loved this crew and my brothers who had never been snorkeling had such a blast !

Absolutely loved this ! We can’t wait to bring the children! The staff was so inviting and involved and informative! The snorkeling was so fun ! 10/10 we didn’t want it to end !

This tour was lovely & exactly as described. The boat was clean & the staff super helpful and knowledgeable. While snorkeling we saw turtles & rays and then we relaxed on a beautiful beach. Lunch & drinks were provided as promised. Jarell, Chris & Maria were all great!

Our driver was great, got us there quickly & provided great tips. Our tour guides - Andrea, Mike, etc. - were also great. The trip overall was fun - my only comment is that the snorkeling was so-so (nothing amazing to see really) and the food/drinks weren’t that great.

The experience was amazing! My only reason for not rating 5 stars is because they only served rum based drinks on board and my partner is diabetic. She can normally only have beer since the sugar content is otherwise too high. Would recommend otherwise!
Great trip! So wonderful we booked again when we return in the fall! Hectmar and the crew were wonderful, caring and informative. The lunch and drinks were delicious and the wildlife we saw was amazing! 6 turtles, a stingray, a shark, a barracuda, many fish and a mama and baby dolphin.

This is a guided snorkeling tour. We did see several sea turtles, stingrays, and a Nurse shark along with some beautiful fish. However, this tour has tons of people. There were a lot of kicks and pushes from other travelers trying to get ahead. Everyone kept punching up together and even if we try to stay to the back of the group somehow we would still be getting kicked with fins or pushed over. The experience was OK, but a smaller group of people would probably have been easier to manage. The crew was great in the experience overall was good.

It was a great experience. Would I do it again? No but not because of the crew. My husband and I became sick on the boat due to motion sickness and were eager to get back to land but we are happy that we were able to experience it with a great crew.

this was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I had so much fun and the guides were so so great! Nothing beats bottomless piña colada’s on an island in the middle of nowhere snorkeling with sea life. we went for my birthday trip and it was the highlight of my trip.

This was so fun! This was our first time snorkeling and we were able to see so much! On top of that there was food included after the snorkeling and we were able to enjoy just swimming in the water and drinking after that!

Absolutely amazing snorkeling experience in Vieques! The water was crystal clear and calm like a swimming pool. Mike and his team were wonderful and accommodating. I suggest having a water proof bag if you want to swim with some items to the beach from the boat. But overall 10/10 experience.

The boat ride was super fun and entertaining. However, the snorkeling wasn’t too great and you only get “unlimited” drinks for about an hour out of your five hour trip. I didn’t like that we were required to hold onto a flotation device the whole time we were snorkeling and that we were with such a massive crowd of people. I’ve been on another snorkeling boat tour before and was much better in my opinion. The views and the beach were still beautiful though.

For everyone’s safety, flotation equipment is required during the snorkeling portion since we are regulated by the coastguard, and alcoholic beverages are served only after all snorkeling activities have ended. Drinks are unlimited during the designated service period rather than throughout the full five-hour excursion.
We do understand that the group size may have felt larger than what you experienced on a previous tours. We appreciate your comments and will use them as we continue improving how these details are communicated before and during the trip. Thank you for your time Sarah!
While the crew members were great, the tour itself was NOT WORTH IT. We were a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children ages 6 & 7) children pay full price which is insane, since they are not consuming any alcohol. I went against my better judgment after reading reviews that said it was not worth it and regret it so much. 1st of the tour is “5 hrs” you will some at least 3 hrs doing check-in, traveling to and from the island, and listening to instructions. During these 3 hrs, no alcohol will be served (they give you 1 soda/water). Once you get to the island you can do the guided snorkel tour which was not nice at all. While I understand it is not in their hands if any sea animals will be around, the actual coral/ area is not nice. I have been on many snorkeling boat trips and this was extremely disappointing, all you can see is grass and a few spots of coral. If you chose to stay back on the beach and not snorkel, you could I’ll not be able to have any alcoholic beverages. They will open up the bar/ food once everyone returns from snorkeling. At that point you will have about 1.5 hrs to drink, eat, go down the slide and swim. Trust me with a group of at least 50-60 people this is not a lot of time. After 1.5 hrs you will be asked to get back in the boat and travel back to main island. Again during this time no drinks will be served. You can’t even stand up from your seat. While I understand this is not a booze cruise (nor did I want that) paying $540 for 1.5 hrs of actual drinks, beach time is ABSOLUTELY not worth it. I have been on many of these type of tours in different countries and in Puerto Rico and for the same price you get more hours at the beach and enjoying the boat. This tour was definitely rushed and not enjoyable at all !

It was an okay experience. I didn’t have as much fun as I expected. A lot of people will tell you it’s great for a solo trip but I didn’t get that impression. When I went the boat consisted of a large group of a family and about 2 friend groups so my group wasn’t as open. The food was okay. The drinks were okay and I wish it felt like more of an experience since I paid $150 but it didn’t if you’re a solo traveler I suggest doing a trip on the boat without the slide. They looked like they had a blast and it was more people in my age group (21-25) on that one. They even swam over to use our slide so if you’re a solo traveler I’d say try a different one.

The caption and crew were awesome. The crew members were very knowledgeable about the island, placed emphasis and on safety, funny and kind. The only downside I found was that you go in two separate boats. It appears everyone books under the impression that you have a slide on your boat however one of the boats does not have a slide. It has a large floating pad. So they give everyone a stamp to get access to the boat with the slide. So you have to share the slide with approximately 60-80 people. The ride there and back was 45-50 mins one way, 1 hour is spent snorkeling and the rest is time on the beach approximately 1:45- 2 hours. They have life jackets on the boats for emergencies only, so you probably need to get your own if you can't swim. Other wise they just give you a floatation belt that goes around your waist only.

It’s really an amazing and worthing boat tour. You can just get on the boat and forget everything. The crews and tour guides are really energetic and willing to help. Cannot control my self drowning in the endless Pina colada.
