Top Surat Thani Cooking Classes

Choose between a morning or afternoon slot and set out from Khao Sok into the heart of the jungle with a survival-style bamboo cooking adventure. Begin at a forest camp where locals teach you how to prepare bamboo as natural cookware. Forage fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables from a family-run organic garden, discovering rare southern Thai plants along the way. While your food cooks slowly over an open fire, wander through the lush garden, spot wildlife among fruiting trees, and explore a hidden cave for 30–40 minutes like a true jungle explorer. Return to camp to enjoy your bamboo-cooked meal, rich with smoky aroma and local flavor. Leave with new skills, a deeper connection to Thai forest culture, and memories of a raw jungle-to-table experience beyond a typical cooking class.
