Great Experience

We had a great experience. We were contacted and kept informed throughout our trip via messages and WhatsApp. WhatsApp was great as our flight from Bangkok to Phuket was delayed and they were very accommodating. We were provided a picture of what our sign looked like with our name on it before arrival and the location of where our meeting point for both Domestic and International would be. Once we collected our luggage we had no trouble locating the tour operator who then arranged for the driver to collect us in front of the airport. Drive from airport to Patong took us roughly 60 mins. Our experience was great we had no stress and the team were very friendly and helpful. Would use them again.

Tour full of flavor and information!

Gigi was so friendly and easy to understand. She loves Phuket and it shows! Many of the places we visited were good friends and were such great places to eat! When she discovered it was my birthday, she arranged a birthday cake for our last stop. Gigi even helped us the next day to feed elephants. Several of our food stops were Michelin certified food stops and she pointed out other places to eat not included in our tour. She made sure we stayed hydrated.

Super day!

A lovely boat trip where all staff, including Tommy, Tea and Chang were brilliant and so helpful. We’ve had a great day and seen some amazing sights. Would recommend. We travelled with our children - age 8 & 11 and they were great with the children too.

Crystal Sea Marine day trip was a success despite weater conditions, the crew is very professional, service oriented and safety is their priority. James Bond island, Panyee , Naka islands, Hong destinations are amazing, you should let them guide you to this natural beauty. Plenty of water and soft drinks offered along the trip.The speed boat was safe, fast and despite heavy rain, we arrived to destinations wihout kissing the rain. Like terminator, We will be back!

An unforgettable ethical elephant experience!

Our visit to Phuket Elephant Sanctuary was one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. If you’re looking for a truly ethical elephant experience, this is the place to go. It was refreshing to see elephants living freely in a natural environment where their welfare comes first. Our guide, Jeffy, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the sanctuary’s mission. He shared the unique stories of each elephant, explained the rehabilitation process, and taught us about the challenges these rescued elephants have faced. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the animals and educating visitors. The elevated canopy walk provided incredible views of the elephants as they roamed, foraged, and interacted naturally without being disturbed. Watching them simply be elephants was a much more rewarding experience than any attraction that allows riding or forced interactions. The sanctuary is beautifully maintained, the staff are friendly, and the entire experience is well organized from start to finish. Knowing that our visit directly supports the rescue, rehabilitation, and lifelong care of these amazing animals made it even more meaningful. We highly recommend Phuket Elephant Sanctuary to anyone visiting Phuket. Thank you, Jeffy, and the entire team for an inspiring and memorable day! 🐘💚

Island Bliss Before the Crowds Arrive

Waking up early for the boat ride was 100% worth it—we had the beach completely to ourselves for the first hour, and it was absolutely amazing. The island had plenty of snacks and refreshments available, so you’re never without options. The snorkeling was great with a wide variety of fish to see, and spotting an oriental pied hornbill was such a cool bonus. Highly recommend this day trip!

Great service!

Great service! We used this same service for our pickup at the airport and delivery to the hotel so we thought why not use them again to get back to the airport. All went well. He was there to get us early, drive was good. I felt safe. We got to the airport with no problems. Car was comfortable and clean.

our original excursion was canceled due to time constraints. Viator offered up an alternative to James Bond Island in a few other sites.. we did not know what to expect. Getting there took sometime. However, it is worth it. The staff is amazing. but we would’ve never seen the monkeys, the caves the culture if it had not been for this trip. The food was absolutely amazing. Probably the best food I’ve ever had on excursion. I would recommend it excursion to others
