Absolutely DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! We drove 2 hrs, just to NEVER see or hear from this company. No phone call, email, NOTHING!! Very unprofessional, distasteful, and disrespectful!! I highly suggest you NOT BOOK WITH THREE BROTHERS!!

Our team did attempt to reach out prior to the tour through both email and text regarding the reservation details, but we understand that sometimes messages can unfortunately be missed, filtered, or not received as expected. We always do our best to communicate clearly with guests ahead of their arrival to help tours run as smoothly as possible. Because we never want guests to feel they paid for an experience they were unable to participate in, a full refund was issued for the reservation. Had an amazing experience at the springs. Ashton was a great tour guide. We were able to see alligators turtles, and even manatees. We will definitely do this again.!
