By far the best tour I have ever been on. Javon was the best and most knowledgeable guide we have ever had. He drove us very safely to every stop we wanted. He took fabulous pictures of my husband and I. I would highly recommend his tours.

Highly recommend! Kim was our driver and he was fabulous. He knew a lot about the island and culture. We had booked last minute the night before our cruise ported in St. Lucia. We had no idea what we wanted to do. He put together an entirely customized day on a whim for my husband and I. We had a great time.

Communication with the vendor providing the private driver was excellent. Driver communication with us on the day of the tour was also very good. Our driver, Mabuay, was very friendly and accommodating although he was more of a driver than a tour guide. We were able to do all our chosen activities in the available time. His lunch suggestion was also good.

Justina is the best!
Niel_R, May 2026
Justina was fantastic as was the gentleman who arranged for the reservation and took payment. Justina arrived on time understanding our desires and immediately launched into a tour that included history lessons, descriptions of the area, it's buildings, people, agriculture, etc. She knew exactly where to stop at locations for us to take pictures without needing to be asked. And at the local attractions, explained what to expect, the best way to enjoy it, and how to purchase tickets. We would have missed so much without her and instead of avoiding crowds would have been forced into large groups with time limits set for us.
Gardens provide awesome flora.
Melody_H, May 2026
Use motion sickness medication before starting the trip due to the drive, continuous risky curves.
The driver, Justine, was very good and we enjoyed talking with her. The vehicle was very comfortable.

Our private tour around St. Lucia was absolutely incredible—hands down the best decision we made! From the moment we met our guide, Javan, we knew we were in for something special. He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely funny and welcoming. He treated us like family from the very beginning, which made the entire experience feel personal and unforgettable.
Javan brought the island to life with his stories, insights, and great energy. He made every stop enjoyable, and honestly, we didn’t want the tour to end. It never felt rushed—just pure fun from start t
If you’re considering a private tour of St. Lucia, do yourself a favor and request Javan. He was absolutely EXCELLENT!!

Great way to see the island. But it’s a long long drive each way. Volcano was super cool and loved the short hike. Waterfall was very crowded and touristy. Our guide was very nice, but not all that knowledgeable about the things we were seeing. Loved the stops at the roadside market and at the overlooks.

Private is the Only Way To Go
rcvero, Mar 2026
This is a private experience, which gives you the opportunity to customize what you want to see. We were interested in hiking and going to the waterfalls. Our driver Herman took us where we wanted to go and also stopped at a chocolate factory and overlook sites along the way to take some pictures. He also was our photographer while we were in the waterfalls and waited patiently each time we made a stop. It’s very much worth the money to not be bothered with a large group and to do exactly what you want to do and not have to drive the crazy St. Lucia roads.
Disappointing tour
Sally_D, Mar 2026
When we got into the port we asked St. Lucia security where we should wait for our tour as we were early and it was confusing as to where to go. He kindly walked us to the correct place and we waited. We were the only ones standing there. We saw our guide, Kernal, walk from the parking lot and stop at that entrance which was about 30 yards from where we were standing in the portico. My husband could barely read the sign with our name on it so we walked to him. He didn't seem like he wanted to be there at all. Finally introduced himself when we got in the car. He then asked us where we wanted to go and that we should have decided that before now. We had to ask questions as we passed things. Soon after we started he said he was hungry and stopped to get himself something to eat. I jokingly had also said I was hungry. He said he didn't hear me. At each stop he would visit with the employees there and didn't really explain much. He was on the phone several times discussing personal issues he had with a prescription. It was like he was a taxi driver instead of a tour guide. We did have a great lunch by the beach and paid for the volcano tour which was wonderful. That tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. We booked this tour because of the great reviews and probably there are other drivers that are better.

I will always defend my guides if I see that they are accused wrongly. Little do clients do not know I trained my drivers/guides to always take note and remember every tour they did so if a report comes up, they can let me know what had happened. In ou email to you with instructions for pickup it says that you will see your name on a sign, and this would indicate that was your driver/guide. According to you that you were standing 30 yards away from where the driver/guide was standing with a sign, and the words was so small that you couldn't see what name was there clearly. All you had to do was get closer to see if this was your name on the sign. That distant you were you will not see what the sign is saying clearly. After speaking to the guide, he informed me that when he introduced his self to you guys. according to him the wife mentioned to him that she had breakfast already but she is still hungry and sked the guide is there anywhere do he get anything to eat and the driver/guide responded that he is also hungry and he has somewhere that he can stop. According to him he stopped and then proceeded to opening the door for the clients and the lady went out of the vehicle then went back into the vehicle and closed the door as the driver/guide continued to purchase what he wanted. I do not see anything wrong in that, and my drivers/guide are taught to be personal with their clients and also, they are taught not to stop to do personal things with clients like buying things ect. Only time they are allowed to do so is if the clients are getting something that same place, then they can do so like you asked to get something to eat. I am not going to continue defending that review because as I can see it is ridiculous and malicious as far as I can see.

Mathew was the greatest driver and information was greatest. He took us every where we wanted to go and we went way over our 4 to 5 hr tour time
Kenny arrived 10-15...
Rachel_E, Mar 2026
Kenny arrived 10-15 minutes late to pick us up for the tour. We knew he was there because he rolled his window down and shouted my name when he finally arrived. Upon arrival, what we thought was a customizable tour turned out to be the opposite. We weren’t asked a single question about preferences or if we had already seen any of the local sites. Very few pieces of information were shared with us throughout the tour. The facts that were shared were mostly the same exact facts other drivers had shared just when driving us to dinner, etc. When we would ask questions, Kenny would frequently have no idea of the answer. At lunch, we were told we only were eating at the restaurant because taxi drivers get free lunch there. When we were through with lunch, Kenny wasn’t completely finished and brought his ice cream with him. He later pulled over just to finish his ice cream. Once done with his dessert, we drove around the town of Soufriere not once but twice. The exact same roads we had just traveled. What was supposed to be a 4-6 hour tour ended 20 minutes early had Kenny arrived on time. All together, the tour was short at least 30 minutes or more, but by the time we realized we were being dropped back at our hotel, we were just ready to end the tour. Kenny was simply a driver with no added guidance as expected when paying for a tour. We could have paid a taxi driver the same amount for a much better experience.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Situations do happen where sometimes we get late but as you said 10-15 minutes late this is not too late compared to being half an hour or more late. Due to you guys have been out to dinners for many nights on different taxi drivers they will always be telling you about our beautiful island hence the reason why when you were on the tour you felt like you have heard so much already that it was like a replay the difference was that you were brought to see what they were actually talking about where you got to experience what you were told about.
Come on talking about drivers getting free food this is a norm on the Island that all restaurant drivers take clients to they do get treated and it is not only with restaurants it's with everywhere that they go to that they are recognized and get all these things for free even entrance fee to many places are free for taxi drivers.
The best way to experience most of the island
Judith_W, Mar 2026
Herman was a great driver and guide, my husband and I got to see so much in one half day trip, volcano's, beaches, waterfalls to name a few of many stops on this beautiful island. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Avoid this DANGEROUS rip-off company
CHARLES_J, Mar 2026
Avoid this DANGEROUS, rip-off company. I booked a 4-6 hour private tour of St. Lucia. We paid $865.00 for 8 people. I expected a knowledgeable tour guide that would tell us about the island as well as show us the sights. I expected the guide to be able to create a tour for us when given our interests as he should know what was reasonable to accomplish within our time frame. What we got was a dangerous, life threatening drive up and down a mountain with no "TOUR". Our driver took us to some sight seeing overlooks and then asked us what we wanted to do next. He did not know admission prices or any specifics about the places he drove us to. We do not know the island which is why we booked the tour. He did not give us any information about the island or the sights. He drove extremely fast around hairpin turns and tailgated continuously. But the most dangerous part of the trip was when he thought he had a flat tire. He checked and said it was not flat. He began driving again and it still sounded as if the tire was flat. We encouraged him to pull over. He attempted to tighten the lug nuts on the tire with his fingers and then said it was okay. Eventually, with our insistence he realized the lug nuts were stripped. He then took one lug nut off of each of the other tires to put on this one. Again, at our insistence, he tightened them on all four tires with an appropriate tool. We then continued our journey. He maintained a reasonable driving speed for a short period of time and then resumed what felt like a NASCAR race down the mountain. We are so very lucky to have survived this trip. The van could have easily lost a tire and careened off the road and down the mountainside. The haphazard driving was certainly a concern but the company should only provide well maintained and safe vehicles. This was obviously not the case. The company should also only provide well trained guides to give an informative tour not just an expensive, scary and life-threatening ride around the island. This was a complete waste of money and time and could have ended in disaster. DO NOT book this tour!
Ask for Lencon, he’s FANTASTIC!!!

I have never written a review before, but I want you to know what an amazing day we had! From the moment we walked up to the car we knew we were in good hands. Kernel was so attentive, listened to our interests and had a plan for us for the entire trip. He truly cared about how I felt about heights and slowly got me accustomed so I wouldn't miss any of the spectacular scenery/views. His driving was impeccable. When we were dropped off at the end of our adventure we felt like he was family. If you want to see the island this is the trip you need to book!
Best tour guide ever

Amazing guide! Javan was funny and very informative. Took us any place we wanted! Definitely ask for him!
Beautiful country, beautiful tour
Lauren_B, Feb 2026
Loved this tour! Since it was a private tour, we got to do what we wanted to and our tour guide was great. Our stop at the sulphur springs was probably my favorite, as I had never had that experience before. We also went to the waterfall, we stopped a lot along the way to take pictures at the many beautiful lookout points on the island, had a delicious lunch (and earlier, a breakfast stop). Our tour guide is also an excellent driver. Roads in St Lucia are not for the weak, as they're very twisty and winding. I salute him! Another highlight for me was stopping in front of someone's yard and our tour guide asked the owner if he could give me a mango. He actually gave me two fragrant Julie mangoes. This demonstrates the hospitality throughout the country and was such a beautiful moment for me that I will always treasure

Be ready to travel a winding road on the way to see the Pitons. The island is beautiful and everyone is very nice
Fantastic guide experience! Highly recommend this operator. - We were met at the agreed point, taken to all the places we wanted to see, had a nice stop by the banana liquer stand (recommend:) and at the end of the trip we had a very nice lunch atop the mountain, looking down on the island. - Dreamy!
Great Day out in the country
Joyce_W, Feb 2026
We asked our driver Justina to set an itinerary for as we wanted to see the Pitons.
The traffic was terrible to start off with because of roadworks but we managed to get through it and on our way to beat the crowds to Soufriere and onto view the Pitons. We took the walk up for a closer look and then down to the volcanic activity and mud holes. Finally, we had a stroll in the Botanical Gardens which had many lovely tropical flowers in bloom as well as the waterfall at the end of the gardens.
The day trip was worth it as there isn’t much in. Castries to see or do……..
Totally customizable tour
Ellen_G, Feb 2026
As you walk out of the cruise terminal there is an area marked private tours, which was really easy to find. We were met by our driver, Bernie, who was extremely knowledgeable about St Lucia. The first thing he said was “I’m yours for the day”, well he meant it… he actually gave us more time than expected. The tour asks you to give an idea of what you want to see ahead of time, but Bernie was great at making recommendations! He knew what areas were busier and less busier and we didn’t face large waiting times. One of the places we visited was the botanical gardens which were so lovely. (There is also an additional fee for this place) the gardens also have baths you can go in. There are changing rooms too. Also, Bernie brought us to a very nice chocolate store, ( a bit pricey)
The point is, your guide will do whatever your interests are!! We saw so much in one day and loved that it was just us.
Great tour
Jeffrey_L, Feb 2026
Had a great tour today with Herman! He was right on time, and the car was very clean and comfortable in the twisty roads. Was very glad he was driving! He took us to the major sites we wanted and helped us avoid the biggest crowds. Was exactly what we hoped for.
Disinterested driver made it a poor experience
Sally_S, Feb 2026
Sad to feedback that the day was a big disappointment. We hadn’t factored the roads being so hilly/twist/turn so I felt a little nauseous. My fault on that front. On a positive, we saw a bit of the island, villages etc as we drove towards the Pitons. At the vantage point, we met a charming old guy who gave us history of the Pitons etc and took some pictures. Sadly the actual driver for the day was hard work, pleasant but either clearly didn’t like us or just didn’t like speaking much. We thought he’d give us a bit of commentary about the island, some history or interesting facts? Thats normally what these private tours are about…. He was a nice enough person but maybe could do with engaging more with his customers. Sorry
Response from Host, Feb 2026
This is definitely one of our best tour guides call Herman you are talking about. This is surprising on what you had to say about him. I am so confident in him hence why I had to mention his name. About our roads it is always known that anywhere that is mountainous the roads are windy this is definitely beyond our control. I will always say that our reviews do speak for itself. We are always there to provide the best as usual.
