The tour covered the major sightseeing attractions on the island. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the history behind the different monuments and temples. The driver was also friendly and attentive.

Excellent tour of koh samui - shout iut to our guide Nikki, who brought so much energy and passion to the tour. For the price I was not expecting much more than transport but Nikki was great, took us to the main viewpoints, and understood a good level of English. I managed to have a quick lunch at the last stop (waterfall) which was useful given you get back later in the afternoon to the hotel

The tour itself was fine and followed a standard program, but the description is highly misleading and contradictory.
Under the 'Pick up time' section, it clearly states a timeframe for Lipa Noi (08:00-08:15 am), which led us to believe a pickup was available. However, another part of the description claims this area is excluded. Because of this chaos, we were forced to pay an extra 650 THB for a private taxi to a 7-Eleven that suited the organizer. We were even willing to pay an extra fee directly to the organizer for a pickup from our location, but there was no willingness to cooperate on their part.
What’s worse, even though the driver was able to drop us off directly at our hotel on the way back (proving it wasn't a logistical issue), the office staff on WhatsApp remained unhelpful, insistently texting: 'Pick up and drop off is the same location please.'
Most other operators in Koh Samui include Lipa Noi without these hidden costs or stressful communication. Mixed feelings—I wouldn’t book with them again

Before the information of pick up time, we mention clearly information that your hotel is out of the area of pick up service included and subject to be the availability with the additional charge.
However, on 30th December which was on your traveling date. It is the peak season that we don't have enough driver goes to pick you up, so we would ask you to come to meet us at the meeting point or even you cancel the booking with a full refund process, but you agree to come to meet us at the meeting point.
With this small price of the tour, we are sure even with other tour operators, your hotel is not on the listed of the pick up included.

We were picked up on time by our driver at our resort and taken to the first stop to meet our guide and the other four people in our tour. We were driven around the eastern half of the island and visited some of main places of interest. Our driver was very competent and drove safely in the comfortable air conditioned van. We were offered water half way through the tour.
Our tour guide was brilliant . She was so bubbly, friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave us a wonderful, enjoyable morning.

I'll be honest: I'm an English teacher on a strict budget, and this was the cheapest Koh Samui island tour I could find, but I think it was a great value for the money. I went on the tour solo, and unfortunately the rest of the group (only four other people, so plenty of room in the van) were not very talkative, but the tour guide (Nicky) did a good job remaining upbeat and friendly even with the unresponsive group. I think having a Thai tour guide is best, because she could explain the local culture and traditions in detail with a personal touch. I wouldn't change anything about the tour, because I think the spots chosen were perfect for the length of the tour, but next time I would take a longer tour and hopefully see more sights in the remote areas of the island (I really loved the grandmother/grandfather rocks and the waterfall area).

Great island trip. It was only 4 of us in the van, so we had heaps of room. The driver was very good and the van was clean and cool. Just be aware that this tour didn’t include a guide, so you were required to read the signs etc, which we had no problems doing. Great oversight of the island.

Good organized tour with minivan. Pick up at the hotel and return. Only one bottle of water during the tour. Tour guide spoke English but not all was well understood.

I was first to picked up at my hotel at 9:10am. We did three more hotel pick ups. We then drove to the first stop where we were met by the guide. There after, we ticked off the stops mentioned in the itinerary. At each stop we were given 15 to 20min depending. This just right. I mean, after you have taken in the view, what else is there? The guide and the drive both has reasonable English and were very friendly. If i were to suggest something to improve, I would say - put a microphone in the van. I was at the back and I couldn't catch what was being said by the guide. That aside, i would recommend the experience to other travellers.

Be careful what tour you sign up for, especially if Na Mueang Waterfall is a stop. There is an elephant riding business right beside the waterfall, all in the same parking lot.
The elephants look unwell and in distress shaking. I wish I knew this stop had that as well, because I would never indirectly or directly support a business that supports animal cruelty.
Do not ride elephants, feed them or wash them! None of the sanctuaries on Koh Samui are actually about rescuing elephants. Please do your research.
The waterfall was overrated as well and the tour guide barely provides any info about the stops, didn’t seem interested in his work, but yet still expected a tip at the end.

From our part, we don't support the activity which concerns with any kind of animals. However, please make it clear that it is not a part of our tour and it is really out of control with the activity provided at the waterfall.
With the tour guide, we would definitely send the feedback to him to keep improving his job and be careful with the tip requirement because this should not the main focusing in his role.

A great day out with our guide Adi, and driver. Lots of interesting information provided at each stop and Adi has a great sense of humour. Lovely, comfortable air conditioned mini bus with water provided, and the tour was well paced. A perfect way to see some popular sites.

This tour is very good value for the money. Other tour operators were charging much more. The guide and driver were excellent. The minivan was 10 out of 10! Wonderful air conditioning and comfortable seats. We were only 7 in our group. Very nice!

Much more enjoyable than anticipated, and overall a great way to see the sights on the island!
Pickup and drop-off worked seamlessly.
The van was a bit warm but refreshments were provided.
When booking the tip on Viator I noticed 'English speaking guide' was 'not included' , but our guide did a great job of explaining background and history for the sights we visited. No complaints there!

Very reasonable price,far cheaper than getting a taxi to and from all these locations. Tour guide spoke English and driver arrived on time at my hotel . Could have spent a little more time at the waterfall but over a good experience, definitely worth it.
