What sets this experience apart is that it’s not just a tour — it’s a ride into a side of Beijing most visitors never get to see. You’ll explore the city the most authentic way possible: riding in a vintage sidecar through the narrow hutongs, passing iconic landmarks like the Drum Tower of Beijing and the vibrant Houhai. But the real highlight comes at the end. Instead of stopping at typical tourist markets, your journey finishes at a hidden local shop, known only through insider connections. No signs, no online listings — just a door that opens to something unexpected. Inside, you’ll find a selection of designer-style bags, watches, and clothing, with surprisingly high quality and attention to detail — the kind of place where many visitors say it’s hard to tell the difference. This is not your typical sidecar tour — it’s about access, discovery, and a side of Beijing few ever experience.

This private day trip takes you off the beaten path to two of Beijing’s most extraordinary (yet rarely visited) historical treasures: The Ming Tombs and the Yinshan Pagoda Forest, hidden in the quiet folds of the mountains. Glide past ancient stone guardians, climb into pine-covered hills, and experience a deep sense of freedom — all from the comfort and thrill of a classic sidecar. For those who crave more mystery, you can add a descent into Dingling Tomb, the only excavated imperial tomb in China. This is not just a sightseeing tour. This is a ride into forgotten history with style. Walk the iconic Sacred Way of Ming Tomb Explore the Pagoda Forest, a peaceful site of ancient Buddhist pagodas nestled in the hills Enjoy a delicious local lunch at a countryside Optional Add-On: Enter Dingling Tomb’s underground palace, the only Ming tomb ever excavated Experience true freedom: stop for photos, views, and local stories whenever you like
