The road to Hana is the most lush , jungled exquisite road on entire island . Kim , our tour operator was amazing . Her knowledge and wealth of information about Maui's culture , history and Hana fauna . She was so friendly and answered everyone’s questions . It truly was a full day of wonder , meaningful knowledge and a lot of fun !!!!

We did this tour during our anniversary trip to Maui and it absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment Shawn picked us up, it was clear we were in great hands. He was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the island, sharing Hawaiian history, pointing out native plants and wildlife, and making the whole group feel like old friends by the end of the day. The limo-van was incredibly comfortable, and the small group size made it feel personal rather than touristy. We stopped at stunning spots along the way, the lush rainforest, cascading waterfalls, and the black sand beach were all breathtaking. Shawn knew exactly when to give us time to explore and when to keep things moving, so the day never felt rushed or slow. The food was delicious too, and it was such a relief to just sit back and enjoy the famous 617 curves without worrying about the driving ourselves. The day starts at 5:45 am and returns about 3:15 to your pickup spot. You are in a 16 passenger van and you are in and out of many times - depending on where you are sitting this can get tiresome because there is only one side entrance. Our guide Roger was very solicitous of our welfare, very polite and knowledgable. The only negative was the itinerary requested a $52 to $70 gratuity which is exorbitant (we should not be paying the drivers wages!!!). We were told at the outset that $35 was expected. So best bring cash!!’
