Had RJ as a guide and he was so fun! Very knowledgeable and funny! Told us all about the river and surrounding area. Pointed out local birds and we saw so many! We hit all the rapids just right to get soaked!! Other than being a little chilly (we didn’t get wet suits) it was an awesome experience!!

We had a blast! We got wet and didn’t mind at all! We didn’t rent the bib and we were fine. We were surprised to be charged more for the Forrest pass.

I would not recommend this experience. I went about a month ago with my girlfriend and we were seated with a family of about 10 people including children. During the rafting trip, kids were splashing water at us. If you’re looking for more of a rafting experience I wouldn’t choose this business. In addition, we were held up floating for about 30 minutes waiting in the water because our instructor was monitoring a day program. Our trip was held up because a child did not want to get on the raft for a separate program they run which should not interfere with our experience. We then were 30-45 min late to getting back which matters when you have limited days in Jackson hole. Rather than write a poor review, I contacted the company and they took no accountability for what had transpired. I’ve been going back and forth with them for weeks and I have received no follow up. They told me to contact Viator for a refund and when I did Viator said the business declined the refund. I am still waiting for a response. Extremely upset with this business and their lack of accountability for poor service.

Very knowledgeable and friendly guides. Had a blast even with a group of strangers. Felt very safe and would 100% do it all over again! Only strife was with Viator not communicating with the rafting company when changing times so we had to be fit on to another raft after waiting a little bit.

What a perfect family friendly ride ! It was an awesome combination of calm and exciting. We had three teenage kids with us and everyone had a great time. Our tour guide Adam was amazing ! Highly recommend.

We would do this again and again. The entire experience was amazing. Everyone at the shop where we meet to begin and end were so kind and helpful. The bus river was funny and told us fun facts about areas we drove through while safely getting us from place to place and our tour guide Jackson was the GOAT. We left this event ready to book another 5 rafting rides.

Oh my!!! We had a blast and were ready to go down snake river rapids again. Tristian was our guide and lots of fun. The rapids were great. All the staff were professional and organized.

Our guide, Jackson, was excellent and the rapids were so much fun! The rapids were just enough to get you wet but not enough to turn the boat over, so it was perfect.

What a wonderfully wholesome way to spend a few hours with my family. Simon was a fantastic guide, and we had just the best time going down the Snake River. The whole crew was professional and gave some great instructions ahead of time. Could not say enough good things about them!

We had a fantastic time on our Snake River white water rafting. Our guide Mark was really knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was exciting but still really good for beginners. Would definitely recommend!

So much fun! This was my first time white water rafting and I'm so happy that this was my first experience. I wasn't totally sure what to expect, but our guide was really cool and explained everything really well. We hit some really great Rapids and got completely soaked! It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Such a great experience! Perfect for families. Plenty of action but no expertise needed. Our guide Taylor was great. She was so knowledgable and up beat. She kept everyone engaged and having fun the entire time.

Efficient check-in and bus to boat launch. Great trip on the river. The rapids were exciting but not too scary. The small kids in our boat enjoyed it, as did our teens. We saw a bald eagle. If want to get soaked, sit in the front! I was very happy with the photos. I went big and bought them all. Truly great shots!

Viator is a scam. They pose as the actual rafting company and charge above what the actual rafting company charges. We had a family of 5- 2 adults and 3 children and Viator only gave me the option to book 5 adults. When I called to have my price adjusted to the children’s price, the Viator staff was rude and dismissive. They even went so far as to blame the rafting company. I asked for a manager to call me and I never received a phone call. I would not book with Viator. Book through the actual rafting company itself.
