I wish I didn’t take this tour . First , The tour company told me the pickup time was 6:50am. But the driver arrived at 7:20 .
Besides, tour description says “ tour language is English” but the guide speaks Spanish half of the time. I understand he was saying the same thing in both English and Spanish . But this is not a good use of our time. The tour company should update the description to be “ mixed group for both English and Spanish”
At Chichen Itza, another guide walked us around and talked about some history. He made some comments about Mayan culture and their view of homosexual relationships ( this part made my friends on this tour uncomfortable ) .
Besides , lunch was arranged at the end of the day rather than mid day . Imagine eating a breakfast at 6am and hours of tours under the sun and no lunch until 3pm

Our driver, Pepe, was excellent and timely. Our bilingual guide, Poncho, was informative and gave great tips and insights to getting around and making the most of the time given.
